Nimbus Note Erfahrungen

What I like most about Nimbus Note is the fact that I can create folders and sub-folders for the information I need to save for future use. The templates and favorites folders save me so much time when it comes to finding a specific document.

Also with Nimbus Notes, you are able to create "to-do" list, add attachments, set reminders and get public links for your documents. You can even change the appearance of your document and export documents/notes!

Nimbus Notes is so much better than the other app I've been using. In Fact, I have just about completely stopped using the competitors' app. Now, I'm strictly a Nimbus Notes user. I love Nimbus Notes!😁

I really can't think of anything that dissatisfied me about Nimbus Notes. I haven't had one bad experience. The only thing I can think of is that I couldn't figure out how to access the app at first. It took me quite a while to figure that out.

Nimbus note is one of my best ltd investments I canceled Evernote and never regretted it, they gave me the possibility to import your notes from Evernote and it was great. I have been using the app for the past 2 years and is just amazing. By taking notes, and creating HTML files, you can create your blog, all in one. use it and share it with my team, I have a custom domain and all are custom branded to my brand.

I am a former Evernote user and what I love most about Nimbus is the ability to create workspaces. I now have a dedicated space for each of my clients and I can share it with them without them being able to see the rest of the notes.
The screen capture, text or video recording tools are incredibly powerful too and offer options that have become indispensable to me (being able to capture a web page in its entirety and not just the part visible on the screen for example).
The price/performance ratio is just incredible.
I also love the ability to integrate external elements into a note as "Embed". I use it for Teleportme and for my google docs.

What annoys me a little is the slowness and lack of precision of the research.
The passage from one workspace to another is sometimes a little slow too.
But i am pretty sure the team will improve this soon.

I like the ease of use and I LOVE finally having all of my notes in one place. You may be wondering why should you care - well, I've used a lot of apps for this and Nimbus is the one that finally made me stick with it. It's easy to use and it's pretty. I also like that the team behind this software introduces something new pretty much on a weekly bases -not so much for the sake of having new features, but because it makes me feel it is constantly under development and I'm taken care of as an user.

I've been using it for a couple of months only and I haven't tried all the features yet so it's hard to say. Sometimes creating multiple blocks in one row can get tricky which is annoying, and I'd love to get more storage space in lower priced tiers.

I have used Evernote pretty much since day one but it is losing its way. Nimbus looks very similar to the old Evernote style and structure so there was no learning curve. It does operate in different ways to Evernote and a month in there is a lot to learn.

One area where Nimbus stands out is customer support, both via email and the Facebook page is very, very slick and quick.

When importing my collection of Evernote documents Nimbus didn't import by folder which meant that I had to spend a long time recreating the folder structure and transferring documents to these. There was also an issue with the scroll bar running back to the top, but I reported this and I got a reply saying this would be fixed in under an hour.

What I like the most is the possibility to save a step when sharing informationwith my team. Before Nimbus, when working in a team project at the moment of sharing the most relevant findings of the last period of work, I ended up making a power point with the information compiled with several other apps. Now I connect to my Nimbus and wat is my notes is what I share directly. The possibility to convert this presentation into a video is another nice feature!

I am sorry but at this moment I am not able to identify what I liked the least.... Seems to me a very reasonable solution to my needs

- easy import of Evernote enex files
- Nested folders/structure
- great support for embedding websites
- formatting features of the editor like tables or inline images/documents
- a lot new features are in the pipeline, so the app is constantly improved

- Synchronization sometimes a bit slow
- some (but not critical) bugs like a not correct scaling of PDFs in the viewer
- no drag & drop support to drag documents directly to the app

Nimbus Note is very easy to use. I was previously using Notion, but Nimbus offered a much better way to organize all of my notes, tasks, etc. in a way that made sense for me and my business. Its organization is more similar to Evernote, but with fewer restrictions and more features.

There are a few minor features that I used in Notion, such as being able to turn any text line into its own page for more detailed notes, but I rarely use this feature.

There are a lot of things I like about Nimbus.
I can create the notes I need with a lot of options to format the text, add images, videos and external elements including Iframes and javascript.

The notes can be personalized and organized in a logical order with an Automatic table of contents. Within an Organization, we can divide the notes in workspaces with individual access.

We can prepare public notes, with our brand (logo, favicon and subdomain) and protect it with a password if required.💙

There are some options to configure the text, but would be great if we could set a global configuration like setting all H1 to a certain size and color (per organization). We can manually update the color, though.

Would be great to have an "Organization wide" search option, rather than only per workspace.

Due to all its options sometimes it feels a bit slow to load, but happy to wait a bit if we can take advantage of all the possibilities.

I was actually turned onto Nimbus a couple of years ago when I needed to screenshot an entire email template for a client. I used to try to stitch together multiple screenshots to make it work and that's when a coworker told me about Nimbus.

I can quickly and easily screenshot anything and everything, as well as record video, upload it to my account and share a link with all to see. I can even CNAME it so that it's branded. Wonderful!

The team behind Nimbus is constantly pushing out updates and has added new products to its core offering that are amazing as well.

There's absolutely nothing I don't like about Nimbus.
I wish there were some minor updates to the video recording aspect, but they've already said this is in the works and will actually deployed soon, so if that's my only pain point and it's already addressed, then that leaves...nothing!

A very helpful for immediate and automatic synchronization between my desktop and mobile devices!

You can document your meeting notes, project summary, new ideas, descriptions of everything.

Duplicating notes is not available on the desktop app.
Search functionality needs more improvements

What sets Nimbus Note apart from other note-taking apps is its integrated text editor. One of the least liked features that I noticed with Nimbus Note was its lack of native integration with other note-taking apps. For example, if you use Evernote or Google Docs for your note-taking needs, you would have to manually copy and paste content from one app to another in order to share notes across platforms. This is a bit inconvenient for users who prefer their notes to be stored and accessible across multiple devices.

There is a wide variety of formatting and editing options available to make your notes the way you want them. It also securely keeps your notes while also keeping them easily accessible. The software is also quite simple to get accustomed to

The undo button is not very visible so it may take some time to adjust a document if you're in a hurry
