In addition the Zapier connection that exists has allowed us to seamlessly integrate CapSumo into our daily sales operations process. > > **Nachteile**: It's a newer platform and the "feature" list isn't huge. That's not a knock on the product itself, it does exactly what its intended to do, and I am sure filtering and exporting features will only continue to improve. These are far from issues though as we have folded the program into our sales management system so we rarely have to touch the admin platform. > > We've been using CapSumo to increase lead flow and grow our email marketing list as well as identify new prospects who started to engage with us and pulled back. While the sales rate on these leads is depressed over our general traffic, the fact that we've netted sales out of leads that we wouldn't otherwise have gotten is a win. What we really appreciate about this program is that it is very cost friednly relative to the benefit you get out of it.
