I loved the automation. The email follow ups, and QR coe were big highlights.

Nothing! I think it's a great product. The templates are just ok.

It's very easy to use BUT [sensitive content hidden] in customer service was perfection. She immediately understood my question and challenge and gave me a very good solution. She was compassionate and treated me like a human being. She made me want to continue using this tool

So far, I am very happy with RSVPify and do not have anything negative at the moment.

Nothing. I did not like anything about this software.

Too complex, not enough/very few templates, way too time-consuming for generic event planning. Customizable to a fault (not enough templates to use for quick completion of a project). No free trial offered. Poor marketing of plans--especially after researching and seeing reviews--definitely not worth the money. Go with a website that actually has a free trial, a website that is simpler to navigate, and a customer service department that is direct and actually willing to hear you out and assist. Biggest waste of time and money. Would not suggest to anyone. I use services like this often and I am fairly computer savvy (or can work with something until I figure it out), but I would never use this website again. Not helpful and you can find way cheaper options that are faster to navigate.

The ability to manage attendees, gather necessary information from attendees during at the RSVP and easily communicate with guests ahead of the event were key for us.

Our event maxed out and we needed to pay for RSVPify. This happened after normal business hours and we luckily saw the email in order to fix it in a timely manner. I wish having a warnings at more benchmarks informing the team we were nearing our limit of attendees would have increased our chances to have fixed it before we maxed out on attendees. Thankfully it wasnt a major issue for us, but would love to see that moving forward.

I like tbe ease of use, the setup of events page. It looks professional and clean. Guests are able to purchase tickets and receive all they need for the event in terms if info of location, what the event is about, who will be present, donations, customizable conditions are also included.

I cant really find any cons. I believe it checks all the boxes for my needs in terms of event management. A cool feature request would be adding live streaming of events to the platform.

I liked this website as it was an easy way to have employees sign up for the Holiday Party we have each year. It also allowed me to customize and create a cute initial and informative page to provide further details about the event for any interested party that scanned the QR code.

I did not like that it did not inform you that there is a maximum of 100 sign ups allowed when you use the website for free. I initially thought the whole process was free but once we got to 100 signups, it informed us that the max had been hit and no one could get access to the link anymore. If this was told initially it would've been appreciated.

What I like most about RSVPify is how welcoming and easy the app tp navigate plans in advance

The thing i like the least is that I once had a glitch happen and it deleted a ongoing task I was creating

This software was very easy to use. It was easy to setup and had minimal confusion when it came time for people to use the link

The cost is a lot and the CSV download is overwhelming, but it wasn't a big deal to manually filter out data.

Made managing events easy, has the feeling of proper invitations.

Not that intuitive to begin with, but got to grips.

We recently used RSVPify for one of our big pop-up events and it was helpful in collecting registrations and getting leads for our subscriber lists. It was creative, not so rigid, and eased our way out.

The settings are slightly inconvenient to figure out but no other cons.

It is our first time to use this kind of software, with this, we don't need to manually input the employees' details who would like to attend our event. It is easy to use especially on the registration since we just need to scan the unique generated code of our attendees.

It has a limitation on the number of registrations that we can scan and only 2 scanners can be used in the plus account.

It was so easy to use and keep track of all our RSVPs for the party. I liked how i was able to do a seating chart with the list.

i did not like that when i went to seat people, it did not automatically seat their guest. this was hard to figure out.

Being able to manage the RSVP system for a 500+ event.

Needs an easier way of creating secondary event within one event.

Easily email attendees and invites. Easily see the number of tickets sold.

The need to input email address first before buying the ticket or even looking at the choices.

It was very easy to create a landing page for the event with custom options for registration and the email communications after someone rsvp was great.

I found everything worked great, maybe include some options of integrating with other social media platforms

Really liked being able to create sub-events within the main event.

Couldn't figure out how to send a confirmation to an admin or someone on behalf of the invitee.

RSVPify made managing my two corporate events happening within a week of each other extremely easy to manage. From invite creation to QR code generation, I found the features simple enough to navigate.

I enjoyed using the RSVPify but it was a little challenging when it came to adding and deleting food options. Once I figured it out, it was easy peazy.

Being able to manage a quick head count and have a organized list of who is attending events

We used it for checkin and table assignment. It was game changing for our team who does not outsource events.

Maybe we didn't explore the full potential.

I love there were design options and the ability to process payments through Stripe so easily.

Setting up the event seemed challenging and didn't look how I envisioned it. I spent too much time editing and setting up initially.

RSVPify was really simple to use and set up. The complete customization of the website is great and the functionality of the check in software runs really smooth. Overall the product was wonderful for what we needed it for.

The customization functions are pretty limited, it would be awesome if we had more freedom with that.

Some were unable to open the link due to company network blockages

Easy to navigate, outstanding customer service with fast response, cost effective, worked well for both small and large scale event registration/check-in processes.

A customer service phone number would be useful. Otherwise - no complaints.
