The newer versions have removed many of our pain points while trying to implement a simple shipping interface for our shippers.

They've also been quite helpful in helping us integrate directly through their services outside of the application.

There as a bit of a learning curve and earlier versions of the software were challenging to install. Latest versions have been great.

I love that DesktopShipper is only a phone call away and always feel like I am the priority

There are some things are not as easy to find as first, but once you know it is easy. and Desktopshipper is always there to help me remember.

Ability to print orders in bulk, customer care was helpful

Have found that batching order was easier/quicker on a different software

ShipWise's User interface is the best thing about it. It is user friendly and very easy to use.

It's really useful, there is No cons at all.

The support for Desktop Shipper is great for simple fixes. The bigger issues take a while to get responses on. The functionality is good and large batches are a plus.

Some functionality changed without us being informed and it affected our system negatively.

Can be hard to setup, integration takes time. Shipping carrier setup is a little hard.

It automates all post sales processes ensuring efficient and seamless operations. The best part is that it offers customizable tracking portal with shopper management options. The best shipping tool you can ever find.

I have used it long enough to guarantee it's great doings, nothing to complain at all.

It has made it incredibly easy for us to manage our shipments and orders to ensure they are being shipped in a timely manner

Wish there was more customization when it comes to breaking down bundled items

easy to use, great customer service, tech support is awesome.

api is a little slow sometimes (not really there fault)

the web portal is great, the people and support are great. attentive and care about what they are doing. almost relentless about their level of care. keeps hounding you until your issues are fixed. thats the best part.

less customization on actual shipping labels.

I like that I can change addressses or shipping options for order with complete ease.

That the tracking numbers are only on the website for 2-3 months since I do a alot of international shipping, 2-3 months can be a timeline.

Compared to pacejet, Desktop shipping is faster to train people how to use. Also i allows for customizations beyond that of the previous software.

communication back and forth with netsuite can take some time to get the bugs worked out. It has been over a year, and we are still working on a few.

ability to rate shop, ease of getting ahold of customer service

Terrible reporting. hard to get and data integrity is questionable

Large batch printing is easier than with other software

Trying to navigate the site can be cumbersome

Makes shipping easy and seamless by finding the most cost effective solution.

Since the introduction of the cloud the actual desktop shipper seems dated. But that is not a big deal.

I like the ease of use and integration into our marketplaces. It's great to have immediate support if it is needed.

Customs forms can be a challenge if marketplaces don't have the correct info.

Very easy to use and integrates with Stone Edge Software

So far so good but it sometimes lets me ship a prodluct without filing the order.

- too many quirks, i.e. there can't be commas in certain columns or there has to be data in certain places even if redundant. Error message will pop up but won't inform user of what the error is.
-software needs to be more flexible

We use the desktop version which is perfect for us. We are able to compare shipping rates easily.

I do not have any cons for this software.

What I like most about this software is the software's ability to choose shipper and service upon scanning and weighing the order. Especially useful choosing DHL Global Mail Expedited vs. DHL Global Mail Expedited Plus shipping.

I've not found anything I dislike or like least about this software.
