Few child care related functionality and UI

The futures are very good and it’s updated daily And easy to use , and I always find support in any issue

I think overall my experience was good I didn’t find any problem

The facility to upload pictures and videos

When I want to see a particular day's dairy, all the dairy details will come up.

The easy approach and the multiple variety of things to do in it.

When I receive a notification for a message from parent and I click on it, the app bugs, so I have to close the app and open it again to start woeking

1 year ago, before we implemented Illumine, I as the CEO and my former Head of Marketing had to handle tons of customer support tickets ourselves; and then, we had to hire 2 then a 3rd Support rep at $3000/month nearly in the Philippines. Just for something we knew was resulting from customers struggling to get into their Zoom class each day. Customers left because they were tired of the technical difficulties and annoyance of having to ask Support for things daily. Illumine was an all-in-one automated, streamlined, simplified answer to all that.

The fact that it does NOT replace the need for Google Sheets, Stripe, and my CRM completely. I think if it enabled us to fully market, sell, manage classrooms / customer relations, and handle billing all in-house, that could be very valuable. But you can't necessarily expect too much from any 1 SaaS tool either...

The Check- in/ Check- out feature updated timely as and when the toddlers check- in and check- out of the Nursery, and the updates (in 7- 10 days) on the Activities' corner by the teacher

The Payment/ Invoicing feature was withdrawn by the Nursery for some unknown reason. It was a very convenient feature for fee payments by the parents.

Easy useing and shareing, is good to find all needed information.

No, everiting is nice and easy to use. I coudn't espect more.

Illumine is very easy to use and the service is excellent.

We are happy with everything. There is nothing we do not like at the moment.

Its a very user friendly app. It was very easy to start using it.
The app has features that are easy to use and due to the app the daily operations and updates have become very fast and tip of the finger.
The adding of schedule and events is the best feature i like.
We have also started using CRM which becomes very easy for us to track the new enquiry.

Few features i have to add for all the centres by selecting different centres. It should have been like we add things and it has an option of having it for all centres.
For example when we add events. We have to add for all the three centres . It should at a click "add this event for all centres" You click on "YES"

Update,Activities,Consult tab for raising concerns,leaves & teachers notes ,Calendar events to check for upcoming events/announcements.
Photos to keep checking my kids photos they keep posing in parents absence it will add an excitement as a parent

Till creche has to get implement or use of many features like fee payments,live streaming and so on .
This will add a wonderful experience hassle free tasks

Customer support & customisation options

iOS can be unstable & updates take a bit longer than we’d like

Love how we can communicate with daycare/schools in a streamlined manner via the app.

My daughter's daycare uses this app to provide updates on their daily activities/food/play etc which is very useful for us parents.

Is a bit slow in response at times.

Notifications, feature set, interface, ease of use

A lot of bugs. Clicking on a notification does not take you the relevant item. Keeps on crashing. Media is not visible easily.

Access student details in single app. Attendance system and announcement and diary help to manage well.

I believe it's best and if possible improve camera clarity

All the basic features - submitting homework, attendance etc. are covered.

Integration with calendar (Outlook, Google Calendar) missing.
Notifications for meetings would be a big plus
I shall be able to categorize meetings (Regular class vs PTM vs Virtual visits)

I have loved the Illumine app ever since I started using it as it is very user friendly. My work has become so much simpler and less time consuming as it has all the necessary features in one package like student attendance, sharing documents, lessons and assignments, sharing photographs and videos, posting announcements and reminders and scheduling meetings.

No concerns as such except that sometimes I have to download the picture and open with software like Paint to convert to JPEG.

My child’s teachers use this app to keep us up to date about what he is eating and learning in class. It then allows us to follow up on the lessons from home.

I wish there was an option to respond to the posts or comment on the photos.

The Ux /ui needs to improve

The fact I don't have to ask each and every detail to the daycare representatives and it gets automatically updated
The interface is pretty smooth, Notification is very good
The icons for representations are cute and friendly.
Many features to receive as well as send information
Its a thoroughly thought out app

The updates are not synchronized sometimes we have to refresh the app multiple times.
Otherwise, it is just amazing!

illumine was easy to use and very convenient . I love that I can communicate with the school efficiently and effectively. It keeps the school accountable as they have to post daily updates.

I can see how my child performed through the day and most importantly download pictures for the grandparents. Its excellent. I would highly recommend it.
