This software is super easy and intuitive when it comes to navigating. If you need help the support team replied almost instantly. You can run it from your phone!

Implementing the software and training the techs on using it took a little bit of time but now that we’re all on the same page, its easy!

What I like most is its use of payroll management. It is easy to use to run and manage payroll for employees as long it is used correctly. The mobile app also works well which is a bonus.

I wish there was more customization and options when it comes to payroll or taxes within the web portal. It can be very rigid. I would also like to be able to have a page to help better understand/explain some of the taxes that are placed upon us in the web portal. Although it’s not Hourly’s job to be taught about taxes it would be helpful to better understand.

Product is easy to use. I feel the transition from ADP to Hourly was seamless.

After we started working with company we were assigned an additional REP. Nice to have multiple people, but slightly different in the beginning stages.

Ease of implementation, robust time tracking, very cost effective.

Reporting could be more robust. But, this is a minor issue.

Pros of Hourly:
Very user friendly, every employee can set up their own profile and have access to all paystubs at the tip of their fingers. It is very quickly used when determining the daily payroll cost, and all tax forms are also online for me going back years. The customer service is fantastic, also getting back asap and very helpful. The cost of hourly is great.

The only con is that I have been inquiring about workers comp multiple times and have never received any information on it.

Love how easy it is to track and pay employees. Also the workers compensation saved me money and is easy to track. Saving time not getting audit each year. Save money and time from day one!

Really I can’t find something wrong with it. We have worked through the small issues but like with any app and change. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and his team have made that switch and any issues a quick non issue

Simple and easy for my employees, login through text messaging is great and on boarding new employees is painless.

Still no payroll available in my state so I have to use ADP but with the reporting tools Hourly makes it very straight forward for me to bridge the gap until it's available.

The app on the employees' phones is bi-lingual and super easy to use. I get very accurate information now

There are no current improvements needed

I like the ease of running payroll...and that I can run it from my cell phone, anywhere! I like the fact that my information is all in one place. The fact that my plumbers can clock in anywhere, on the job and we can track them is very helpful too!

My least favorite part of Hourly is the excel spreadsheet I have to sift through to get my workers comp. numbers.... along with not being able to download my payroll checks into my Quickbooks desktop.

Hourly is easy and convenient to use. I like to calculate the cost of payroll daily, and so I am able to recalculate every day and get my gross cost with no problem.

Hourly is a great platform and really well put together, no cons that i can think of.

I like the ease of use and the chat ability and communication this company has to solve any problems we may have.

Sometimes the phone app is not accessible for everything I need.

Clocking in and clocking out was simple and did not glitch so that the time tracking was accurate. It was easy to review your w-2 along with past paystubs and hours.

It would of been great to be able to track expenses and reinburstments.

Ease of use. Has bonus features such as job locations and timesheets that most payroll s/w lacks. All aspects of payroll taken care of.

Requires a little bit of training to start using.

Our company has been using this app for almost 2 years and we all really like it. Easy to use, easy to administer. I can see where employee clocked in/out.

When employee change the phone, even though it's same number, we had problem logging in.

The application is very easy to follow, and it is versatile enough to correct times and jobs in case you forget to clock in or out.

I believe the clock timers (when you clock in minutes and hours) can improve. Perhaps adding the options of number sensitiveness in periods of 5, 10, 15 minutes?

The software is self-explanatory and user-friendly! It took me no time at all to become an expert at running payroll with the well developed software and professional doting staff. The software can be altered in the best way suited for your company.

This is young software which is still malleable but this is not a negative trait at all.

UI is cheery, bright and easy to use. Everyone at our company seems to like using the software. Job Costing tracks labor hours, cost and has felxible reporting. In software messaging very useful for questions on time cards

Could have more user types that administrator can asign access restrictions to.

The software is very easy to use. The thing I like the most is when I need help someone is always available to assist with any concerns I may have.

For now, there is nothing I can say that needs to be improved. Everything works perfectly.

This software is super simple to use. Reports are easy to access. If you make a mistake it is easily corrected.

I would like to see the pay period automatically default to the next pay period after the last one you have used. I have made the mistakes a couple of time by not selecting the correct time period because it defaults to more recent.

It is easy to use. Price is very reasonable. I get prompt response for questions.

I have not found any failures from hourly
