Great for basics of creating invoices and getting shipping labels

Not worth paying for. Since they disconnected their own payment processing and use an outside company it's more difficult to use.

Very easy to use, quick for payments to clear.

I have tried setting up my work account on my personal laptop/ phone for when I am remote working, or travelling to another propperty but I can't log in. Someone suggsted this could be due to my devices capability etc however this is something to bare in mind.

I feel safer using PayPal for online purchases, especially if it's somewhere I will only order once from. I had an issue with a company recently that would not adjust an order, and PayPal refunded immediately. They always alert when a purchase has been made as well.

I wish all online shops would allow to use PayPal for payment.

I like the speed in transfers, I like the speed in the payments of purchases that I usually make online.

the support takes time to respond, most of the time not even answers has. A month had made a copra over the internet with payment paypal discount the money and did not pay the purchase, it takes 40 days to refund the amount. Asho that they have to improve in suport service to clinte and the reemboços

I recommend this to those who're starting up because it makes receiving payments from new or existing clients easier. On my site, we only use PayPal to process money because it's available in most countries and opens up a wider customer base. The interface is simple and straight to the point, which I like. And copying code to your website is not a tedious task.

I do not have any complaints whatsoever! I have been using the software for personal use for a long time (7+ years); the transition to business mode was easy and provided better features and usability.

I like the easiness with which this tool can be integrated with my Ebay selling account. The features related to dispute resolution are also good for both buyer and seller. The money transfer to the bank account is instantaneous.

There are a number of this which can be improved in PayPal, first and foremost the fees charged is very high which should be reduced. Also for new sellers PayPal holds the money for 21 days which is a huge bottleneck.The dispute resolution process is good but its very time consuming.

I love how easy it is to use and how it does most of the work for you!

They limited my account which has literally paused my business activity. The reason for it? No proof of address. I have given them the bills, utility statements, government documents, even the tenancy agreement and a letter from the owner showcasing the proof of address and yet still they fail to accept it and give me an accurate reason why. Stupid!

Not to mention they LOST 500USD of my money and blamed it on my bank. I went to the bank and talked to the branch manager in which we concluded the money has not gone in. PAYPAL failed to provide enough evidence showcasing that they even started the transaction. Every time I bring it up they tell me that it is my bank's fault - same response each time.

I will be moving to STRIPE purely because PAYAL customer service is terrible. I want my money removed from PAYAL as soon as possible - if they will even let me.

If you value your money and information DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT go with PAYPAL.

They are almost a scam.

I like the fact it is from PayPal! I've trusted the company since it began! I have one of their beginning account badges, and have not regretted it once. I use or have used several of their products and platforms and IF ever there was a problem, the customer support is outstanding and always delivers!

What I love most about PayPal is that it’s really simple easy to use money transfer service you get cash instantly and you can transfer direct to bank account with any fees if your willing to wait once your not doing the transfer on holidays or weekends the money tends to reach the account fast I love that or if your an impatient person you can do an immediate transfer which the fee is not all that bad and what I really love about it that you can even request checks from PayPal how cool is that if your a off the grid kind of person lol

What I really don’t like about PayPal which I think they should fix is that sometimes when am sending money to it’s not showing my card details or it’s telling me to link my card which is already link I find that really annoying some times I have to wait a day before I can send the funds I think they needs to work on that
