Some transcripts didn't transfer and a significant amount of time was spent trying to figure out how to troubleshoot. NVivo auto-codes and identifies themes and sub-themes, regardless of data volume and complexity. NVivo also allows Cloud collaboration through small teams of up to 5 members. This means a group of 5 or fewer members can work in collaboration with one project. The Windows version allows bigger groups. Since NVivo is cloud-based, team members do not have to worry about losing their project. I am now 7 days away from losing all of my information, and NO ONE HAS HELPED. I am completing the final steps of my dissertation, so you can imagine how stressful this situation is. I have paid for my subscription, but I can not access the download.
