I have not used a system before that does not allow, for example, an open-field text box to appear when an "Other" option is selected. This can lead to some burdensome workflows with lots of fields that are only applicable in certain circumstances.

Requests and Changes are easily created and implemented.

> **Nachteile**: The user interface itself looks a little outdated.  Some of the integrations aren't exactly what was desired.  Even with the Third party integrations, there is a good bit of backend, manual entry to be done.

> Overall the software has been very useful to our company and the customer service has been outstanding.  Arena gives the customers the ability to customize workflow and also listens to the voices of the customers when releasing new updates.
