If Paypal would not be that integrated everywhere I would only use Stripe.

- modern dashboard
- easy to find your way around
- easy to find things
- great API integrations
- except any credit cards
- a little better fees than Paypal
- the option to withdraw the money with Instant Payout for as little as 1% of the payout amount
- ability to have a customized online storefront at no cost
- very good friendly and carrying support via chat available 24/7 and responding immediately

Not many Cons except in some cases you may need some developers skill but the Stipe support is always there to help you till you're all set

Very easy and simple to use interface. Easy to navigate and get a read on your business transactions.

Wish the software I use now would incorporate a stripe option!

You can set up customers in the database and add subscription and the system tracks the payment flow.

The payment process fails many a time. The options that you are looking for cannot be found like a simple "delete".

Stripe is the most comprehensive payment processing software that is dynamic enough to support most if not all pricing structures.

Sometimes the UI/UX is not ideal to use on a day to day basis in the dashboard.

We use this mainly for our MRR clients where we can set it up for the customer and forget it. Nice to not have to bill a customer every month.

I don't like that you cant pro-rate a month of service, this makes it difficult to keep billing dates consistent

I love using this app for my small side business. It’s free to use and the only cost I’ve incurred is transferring my funds to my account. And it’s a small fee. Invoicing is super simple and can be done through the app. You can take payments yourself or customers can pay through their invoice. Reports are available.

Invoices aren’t very customizable. Not idea for large batches of invoices.

This is a Very easy to use and user friendly. It keeps client information confidential. If it’s berry affordable and a fair price.

It would great if it were slightly quickly with depositing money into the business account. It typically takes 3 days or 4 if it’s over the weekend.

This has been such a great software to use to collect all the payments from our customers. It is easy and reliable, and very transparent.

Honestly, we haven't found anything that we don't like about this software, it has worked well for us from day 1.

I liked Stripe Bilings documentation and features the most. For documentation it's top notch, offing clear, easy to follow instructions and examples, really making an engineers life easier. The features Stripe Billing allows for are also industry standard and top notch.

Stripe does take a decent percentage of each transaction which can be hard to stomach, BUT in return you get a world class billing product, without having to worry about so many things yourself.

It's easy to set up and integrates with just about everything.

It's hard to find specific transactions and payments in their User Interface. Filtering and searching are abysmal.

Excellent customer service, top notch! Detailed help (too difficult for me in most cases). Seems like the most reliable and security conscious, which is why I think all the course hosting platforms are using them.

They will process your customer's credit card, but you have to install a shopping cart. You can do this in multiple ways. I thought it was very very difficult to figure out which way is best. They have a shopping cart that has less features than competitors, and they also have another one that you have to be very technical to install. Stripe Checkout wouldn't install on my hosting provider for my website because their software is 7 years outdated. So I had to find someone else's checkout. No choice. Stripe has a list of checkout, carts, etc. But they are all mixed together. The one I chose from their list was not good, so I don't think they check them out very much.

Stripe is the most reliable subscription billing service in the game. If you have lots of subscriptions that you need charged / processed, then make sure to use stripe because they will make your processes simple, customized, and most importantly secure

I do wish that, if and when a credit card does not process through because of human error entering info wrong, all the card would not disappear. This is likely a security measure, however would make the user experience better.

I use this product for the squarespace website and it's so easy to use! It gives me all my sales information and it's very clear when I'll get paid out.

Only downside is they take a transaction fee however it's really not that much so it's no big deal. Great asset for my website

The convenience of Stripe is the absolute best reason to use it. You can plug it in on a website. It eliminates the need to sign up for a swiper. We can send out links and people can pay online.

The only con with Stripe Billing is it slightly more expensive than other services. Apparently there is a word min for this box, but we seriously do not have any other cons for this product.

Stripe integrates with WordPress, WooCommerce and WHMCS the tools that I use for my businesses and does not require any technical knowledge

The charges per transactions are high and the refund to customers takes long time than they could wait for you which kills trust, they easily flag accounts

The integration of stripe within current software and accounts is a very enticing element and makes deployment much more seamless.

The transaction fees are far and away the biggest deterrent to using stripe with payment processing and billing.

In my business, I have Stripe integrated with my scheduling software, so it basically runs in the background. And it's flawless.

I really can't think of a single gripe I have with Stripe.

I linked it with a software called Power Diary where I can schedule appointments and take payments from my clients remotely. It's very easy to use.

The online portal is so confusing. There are too many numbers for somebody who has no clue about it. All I want to see is what money I've taken in from clients and how much I've been charged for fee's etc.

What I liked most about Stripe is that it is so easy to set up at no initial costs. You don't need a bank account and it is super easy to verify. I was very pleased to find out about this option to run online payments for my business

The percentage being taken from meach transfer is a pretty high amount, especially when you run a lot of payments in definitely adds up. On the other hand it also worth is, because it is super secure and always works for me.

Exceptionally easy to use, great fees compared to competition

You cannot use Striped alone, but rather integrate with a third party to be able to bill your client. Havings said that there are so many integrations available that this does not really represent an issue

Stripe is just the best tool for accepting payments. Integration is super-easy, with powerful and well-documented API. Stripe is de-facto the standard when it comes to accepting payments online

Lack of support for PayPal payments is the only issue that we've seen. Apart from that, Stripe is super-reliable and very developer-friendly

Stripe is very easy to use. It's easy to pull and access reports. As a bookkeeper, I would recommend.

I don't have an complaints so far. No negative feedback from me. So far my experience with Stripe has been good.
