das unkomplizierte Handling bei OCR und PDF

Über viele Jahre der Nutzung habe ich keinerlei Nachteile vonABBYY Finreader feststellen können!!!

Nichts ist bei Finreader besser im Vergleich zum pdf-Transformer, den ich weiterhin sehr gerne verwende.

Umwandlung von älteren Office-Versionen nur sehr eingeschränkt möglich!Word-Überschriften können nicht in Lesezeichen umgewandelt werden.

Dass man auch komplizierte Aufgaben schnell erledigen kann.

alles ist gut für meinen Bedarf, es gibt nichts was mir besonders wenig gefallen hätte. An der Oberfläche kann man immer noch optimieren

ABBYY FineReader PDF contains all the features that I need and is so user-friendly. Can do pdf conversion really easily. well manage the user interface.

No cons, really easy to use. really user-friendly interface.

As an Translaiton Office, Abbyy from morning until evening, it is an indispenzable need for running our business.

Georgian OCR is missing, not available.

Better quality of OCR produce than Adobe Acrobat and 10x better price.
It gives me the possibility to change resolution and other parameters, choose what I want to be recognised in a page and, furthermore, format tables etc so that the editable document produced is near enough to what I need.

Sometimes, when the content of the pdf is "scattered" and not continuous, it breaks the content of the page into smaller parts that are recognised as "shapes" and, therefore, difficult to handle as text.

reasonable price than Adobe PDF, it was a compromis solution.

I miss really OCN Quality for Japanese and Comment function and "Prooing tools " like text adding, delete tools in PDF like Adobe.

Does better than Adobe in ocr-ing messy archival documents for historical research. Still not perfect, though. Don't expect very great accuracy.

There's no way to correct ocr mistakes like you can in Adobe acrobat.

The MAIN reason I use ABBY Finereader is to convert multi-page pdf invoices to Excell so that they can be dissected and analyzed. I have tried all other pdf to Excel converters and they all botch them up completely with misaligned rows and columns, making the task more excruciating. ABBY is the ONLY app available that can quickly adjust rows and columns to an exact OCR match. Invaluable!

Learning curve to use all the features can be a bit tedious but not overwhelming.

OCR: Can't select an area to apply "Levels" in "Edit Image."

Inability to draw a table with columns and than analysis the table without losing the columns.

There's no dark mode, I still miss this feature.

It is an excellent product, it seems a little expensive to me but it is good, there is also a lot of complication to restore your program, it should be easier for the customer to recover their product

Very fast transforming of the different types of documents

I love how easily it converted a script into a special software I use called Final Draft.

The initial learning curve was not intuitive to me.

Its OCR is easy to use and powerful. File can be previewed before finalizing.

We cannot edit the file in Mac in a single subscription

Gives qite precise results in recognition

Sometimes it recognizes falsely, above all when text is calligraphic or tilted

ABBYY is incredibly fine-tuned to OCR and I trust it more than other OCR programs.

ABBYY is not intuitive and others who do no use the program regularly find it difficult to navigate.
