Ich nutze Zoom schon mehr als 2 Jahre. Früher hatte ich die kostenlose Version, doch mit der Zeit habe ich Upgegradet. Ich fand es toll das man auch kostenlos Meetings bis zu 45 Minuten machen konnte. So wurde ich mit dem Programm vertraut

Anfangs hatte ich Probleme alles zu finden z. B Den Breakout Room

Dieses Tool nutze ich häufig um in Kontakt zu treten mit Kunden und Partnern. Sie ist leicht zu nutzen und einfach in der Handhabung.

Finde jetzt keine Nachteile und bin mega begeistert vom Tool

Nichts ist überragend - alles ist vergleichbar mit ähnlicher Software

Ich habe Probleme, weil durch das Ändern meiner Mail-Adresse fehlerhaft ein zweites Konto erstellt wurde. Nun komme ich weder auf mein altes kostenpflichtiges Konto, noch kann ich das neue falsche Konto wieder löschen - beide Konten blockieren sich gegenseitig. Für dieses Problem gibt es nun keinerlei Support, man wird lediglich mit FAQs oder chatbots abgespeist, die KEINE Lösung meines Problems enthalten. Ich brauche einen telefonischen oder Mail-Support mit einer realen Person, die mein Problem beheben kann.

The mobile application is a little confusing compared to the desktop access to zoom.

I like the ease of conducting large online events through audio and video, in order to gather a lot of people at the same time and also through screen sharing.

Well I don't know if it is due to the capacity of people its been used for, Sometimes the volume goes off. Some of my listeners couldn't hear me in one of the meetings I had and it crashed. Though it doesn't happen all the time.

Ease of having meetings at any time. Information can be shared easily through the chat feature or by screen sharing. It's very easy to host or just join a meeting.

Occasionally on big conferences there are audio issues, although I am not entirely sure if that's strictly a zoom issue...

Being able to record helps in going back to discussion when needed. Also the caption feature is great addition.

Zoom is expensive compared to its competition. Small businesses don't always have the resources to allocate to their premium services.

As someone with zero experience in event set up, its user-friendly interface makes it easy! I was hesitant at first to venture into this territory but knew our company would benefit and grow from giving it a try. We have been able to reach so many more people because of it! It has elevated our company with features like screen sharing, live captions, and Q&A sessions enhancing the overall experience for everyone. It is customizable, easy to brand, and the support team has been incredible in helping us navigate the platform.

As with many platforms of this kind, the audio and video quality can be inconsistent. Even after upgrading our equipment, we ran into issues with the quality that were a poor reflection of the content we wanted to represent our company. Zoom was tremendous though with helping us troubleshoot.

After downloading the app zoom was pretty seamless.

Not sure of the price points used, could at times be quit glitchy and would create a drop off of attendees with their lost of credit for attending.

Zoom events and webinars is a great way to schedule and get your events and webinars out to a wide group of people from anywhere in the world

It is hard to find cons that specifically pertain to Zoom itself, my only thing would be even in some decent connection areas, your zoom could be slightly delayed or off. I have had some instances where people were waiting but never seen.

Easy to use and manage, collaboration and integration with recording solutions is helpful.

Mobile app requires a strong 5G connection. It would be great to have a audio only feature that could work at lower bandwidths

I love the chat feature in the zoom app so you can ask questions during seminars

As a UI Designer, I used zoom in 3 or 5 times a week. I attending the UI class with zoom and I also share the knowledge to my junior or students who interested in UIUX design. It helps me alot, very easy to use, simple GUI and good video and audio quality. And then,
When I attending the foreign class, auto translation caption helps me alot. So, I like zoom very much for my career improvement and sharing knowledge.

I don't have many things about zoom events and webinars because when we compare other webinars application, zoom is always the best for me.

The most notable feature of Zoom Events is its customization options, and the most notable feature of Zoom Webinars is its one-way communication style.

The main least of Zoom Events is its complexity and higher cost for smaller events and Zoom Webinars are limited by restricted attendee interaction and a lack of networking.
