They only give full refun (remember this was supposed to be a free trial but to open the file I needed to pay) if you send them your file and they are unable to repair it. Their costumer service only works m-f I had to re do my whole document, uninstalled the software and don’t need anyone looking at my files…not can I access a screen shot cause I already deleted all the corrupted files. 50 dollars lost.
