There is a need for more items and gift card options across different categories to cater to the diverse preferences and interests of all employees. Expanding the selection would not only enhance the personalization of the rewards but also ensure that every team member can find something that truly appeals to them, thereby increasing the perceived value and impact of the recognition program.

I wish that they offered a bit more options for reward prized and more gift cards. I feel that all the rewards should be linked to an amount as well.

This is a well-thought-out program. Your company's core values should not just be in your signature line or a fancy decal in the main office. The everyday behavior of every employee makes your culture. When the company rewards its employees for going above and beyond their core values, best behavior continues. When best behavior is prevalent, the culture strengthens; when these things happen, retention and engagement increase.

The only thing I can see improvement upon is the mobile app. It may just be me but I have not been successful using the app - and I do appreciate having immediate access so that I can immediately approve my employee's nominations even when not at my desk.

Workhuman is an easy way for staff and management to create and uphold a culture of appreciation. It allows the range from quick small notes to big milestone awards and makes it easy to show how much the work of every team member is valued. The key for creating a culture of appreciation is the consistency, which is encouraged by the system, e.g. by making it easy to send a note or an award, also by providing tracking and trending tools for managers.

While there is a huge selection of ways for employees to 'spend' their awards, there are some points which get mentioned by some award recipients: 1) The redemption choices seem to be focused on brand-name conscientious consumers (people would also like price conscientious options, like in the US e.g. gift cards for Walmart, or Temu, or similar). In general, people seem to like the more flexible gift cards. 2) There seem to be always tiny amounts of points left which cannot be spend because the next cost item is just above those. Can a way for 'spending down change' be created, e.g. through small items or 'leave the change' options for charities? 3) Everybody wants to be able to donate to their favorite charity, is there a way?

I am not able to think of any Cons with Workhuman. Probably, it could consider extending gift cards across more E-Commerce Portals like Flipkart, Tata Cliq, Reliance Digital, etc.
