Im Moment wirklich nichts, das Onboarding ist kompliziert, es werden z.B. Vorder- und Rückseite vom AHV Ausweis verlangt obwohl die Rückseite bei allen glecih ist.

Das es auch wenn es brennt keine Ansprechpartner gibt. Alles dauert ewig, support ist ein Bot der immer nur die gleichen unnützen FAQ anzeigt. Keine Hilfe oder wirklicher Support während dem Onboarding. Ev. ändert sich das noch. Die Antworten und das Verhalten der Mitarbeiter, sogar nach einer Escalationen sind sehr unprofessionell. Es musste eigentlich nur ein bestehender Vertrag über deel neu abgeschlossen werden, leider war deel bis heute nicht in der Lage die Konditionen aus dem bestehenden Vertrag die mehrfach mitgeteilt wurden im Vertrag abzubilden dafür sind wiedersprüchliche Klauseln auch im 3. Versuch immer noch vorhanden.

I like how convenient it is to check all the monthly payslip and all other information for employees.

As a 1st time user of Deel, I haven't seen anything that needs to improve. All the information needed by the employee was there.

How convenient it is to get a payment directly to my bank account

The third party fee, it was hard to figure at first

I've been using Deel as an international contractor for over 2 years now and I love it.
It makes it easy to establish a framework with the employer and handle payments, as it integrates seamlessly with wallets such as Wise. Also, shout out to the perks - my favorite is the one with Booking.com.
Special mention to the Deel card, making it even easier to manage money.

I find the login process very slow, both in the website and the app. And some of the UI/UX could be better. Also, the Deel card extra fee for non-USD purchases is kind of annoying. I mean, I understand, but still, the feeling of paying extra is not great.

The simplicity to use the app, it's user friendly and very intuitive to use.

When any problem arises, the support team is always on standby for full support.

Deel cards are not available in all countries.

Allows minimalistic cash flow: zero action set up based in-out.
Allows minimalistic set up: mostly absolutely necessary required initial and ongoing settings allowed, redundant or annoying questions and requests are avoided.

Too low period for storing earned money without withdrawal. 10 days may be too short while waiting proper withdrawal method setting o desired period.
Mobile application does not work with earlier android versions

Basically what has been popping for Deel, is that you can pay international employees directly in a fast and an easy way.
Also waiting for their card to be open internationally in my country, I feel this will cut of a lot of hassle for us international contractors.

I dislike their customer support team, they are repetitive and uneducated when it comes to providing high customer experience.
Also I dislike the fact, that it might shows on their system a certain payment day and it does not arrive until 5 days later, so basically, their system needs to reflect all and everything they speak about, and it should reflect the payment arrival directly.

Ease of setting up multi-country payroll and payment reception in multiple currencies. Website is very easy to navigate and find any option that is required. Deel offers wide vareity of withdrawal options such as Paypal, payooner, local and international bank transfers, crypto wallet transfers etc... which is very useful and convenient.

Transaction fee could be a little lower especially conversion fee to different payment options.

I like how easy and convenient Deel payment is to use. It allows me to securely receive payments from clients all over the world with just a few clicks. The value of Deel for someone working at home is that it simplifies the payment process, saves time, and provides peace of mind knowing that transactions are secure.

One thing I dislike about Deel is that their fees can be higher compared to other payment platforms. Additionally, the withdrawal process can sometimes take longer than expected, causing delays in receiving funds. The platform's customer service can also be slow to respond to inquiries or issues, which can be frustrating for users. Overall, while Deel offers convenience, there are some drawbacks that can impact the overall user experience.

It takes a complicated process and breaks it down into (mostly) simple steps. Their live chat support is quick and helpful!

The bad:
We originally signed up for Deel because of our very attentive sales person/account manager, and the fact they had live customer support. After the first month we were reassigned to a new account manager that never responded to multiple emails, and then they discontinued their live tech support and it was hard to get ahold of anyone. You would go through several prompts with an AI bot that was never helpful for my situation. During this time we had a major issue with a payment, and it took hours to get a response.

The good:
They have since reinstated their live chat support, and all has been great since!

I like that they offer advance payments,fast transactions,all in one place.

Limited customizations options for contracts and occasional customer support delays.

To have it all in there, being able to manage all your contracts, agreements, freelance jobs, and getting paid within the same platform. Also some external features for digital nomads such as perks.

Not having a mobile app yet, which will make things easier but I'm sure they are developing it right now.

I like how transparent it is to see when your money is coming, as well as the different perks, and options when it comes to withdrawing funds. The virtual card feature is pretty cool too!

I tried applying for the DEEL physical card but while it did say it shipped to Belize, I'm not sure where its shipping and where, and where its taking the funds from. Its pretty vague.

The app experience is excellent, with services provided in a clear and efficient manner. I have used it to sign contracts, verify documents get a background check and set a funds transfer. All those steps are automated and integrated into their pipeline, so besides entering some information, they process and give me the results automatically. I usually see that companies adhere to many apps to process HR information, but in Deel's case, it's all in one app. They even have an specific local payment solution, which most apps don't have. It gets much easier to transfer funds without getting a new banking account (that probably won't get any other use besides transfering funds).

I think the support needs attention. I needed to check an information, so I contacted by email, which gave me an automated response to use the app chat. Using the app chat just made me talk to a chatbot, that just gave me FAQ answers, and I couldn't transfer it to a real person. Even when it's an AI-based operation, it's important to have human interaction, as many times the question is not among the ones in the documentation. It makes the user very frustrated to not be directed to a more personalized experience.

Ease of use , Simple so I can focus on my job better.

DEEL is perfect . Please keep going . I use DEEL everyday.

The thing that I like the most about Deel is to be able to manage contracts with ease.

The think that I like the least is the rates for withdrawals.
