When we had issues or needs the customer support was excellent. They were timely and responsive. They helped us understand how to use the program better, and even uploaded files we needed to avoid lots of human error. I have asked many many questions over these past 2 years, and each has been answered in a very timely manner and in layman's terms. Any feedback I have provided has been responded to by either a quick email or phone call.
