Ability to add photos of our office. Easy to use. Looks modern and fresh. App functionality good. Reasonably priced.

Inability to customise timing of books on Hot Desks beyond hourly slot. Half hour, or full customisation would be great.

It's simple and does what its intended - helpful for seeing who else in the office

Some limitations on functionality - seems like there are cases where it could feel inflexible

Good system, very easy to use and excellent for the cost. When setting up the team where available and happy to help. Would recommend to SME style businesses without a doubt.

Was told there would be an option to change the colour of the booking systems, a handful of our team and contractors are colourblind to certain colours, would be useful to implement this feature.

Easy to use and really clear as a user to book desks. Support if needed to use Clearooms is really good and timely. Overall a really good package that is updated and made better using consumer feedback

wish the user page wouldn't revert back to the first page once you exit a user

The software was incredibly easy to set up in the middle of the pandemic at short notice, and had easy-to use configurable options to ensure we could get our offices covid secure in a very short amount of time.

Initially the mobile app felt a bit clunky and could be slow to load, but this has improved a lot recently.

The product is itself very useful and is used as a necessity by a lot of CloudPay employees before coming to the office. it is a mandatory requirement. It is very user friendly and useful for reports usage. Updates are improving it as well recently being able to add an individual to multiple groups is helpful

I have shared some areas of improvement, mainly being able to book certain days for specific teams or individuals and then the other days for anyone to use

Everything about this product is user friendly from the set up and daily use to behind the scenes administration.

The interconnectivity with our meeting room screens was not possible. There was a work around but it added an additional step to the process we already had.

Clearooms does everything that we need it do. The SSO allows us to integrate it smoothly for our staff, and they all find it very intuitive. We use it for hot desking, meeting room space and even car park spaces. It is setup easy and the support we got from the team was unparalleled. Couldn't recommend enough.

No cons to note.

The support was fantastic and they made changes to accommodate our needs and the integration with Office 365 is perfect.

I have not received any negative feedback regarding this software.

I really liked that the floorplan was customisable and that [SENSITIVE CONTENT] helped so much on that. The software was really easily to implement and roll out to all employees

The inability to book spaces on 15 or 30 min slots. This is an issue raised by a lot of our employees

This is very helpful to decipher who is in each office and where to plan my week. If there are a lot of people in situ I would always come in, if very quiet I can decide to WFM

There is nothing that I dislike about Clearooms

It is easy to use and clear. Staff have found it easy as well. Great customer service if any issues.

The availability sometimes takes a while to load.

Easy to use, allows me to see who is in everyday, and book my seat.

I would like a better block booking system.

Returning to the office with a bigger team and still dealing with covid regulations required a solution where desk booking was possible. It's very easy to use and nice that we have an visual layout of the office to refer to. The ease of use is great

Would like to see a list of who is booked in each day from the front page - and perhaps the ability to book within google calendar

It is very user friendly and straight forward to use. The reporting is great, with the latest update being extremely helpful.

When users are added they are not sent a link or set up confirmation, this caused confusion with a few users.

Clearooms is quick and easy to use - desks are easy to find and book, I also find the repeat booking tool useful

Can be slow to load, I would also like to be able to make partial bookings for a longer period e.g. 5 hours

It helps to coordinate space booker within a large company

Would like to be able to amend booking times. eg I work 8.30 until 12.30 but I can't select that so have to chose 8-4 or 9-5.

Clearooms is perfect for booking space and meeting rooms. Easy to use and clear instructions. With our office plan uploaded you can clearly see what desks are free from those booked.

At present there is nothing that I dislike about this application.

- Easy to book a desk when one is required
- Can book a repeated desk booking which is sometimes needed
- Can see who else has booked in and where they are positioned

I have experienced zero issues with this software thus far and would recommend it.

Clear and easy to use. Can edit bookings quite simply.

There is nothing I like least about Clearooms. For the time I have been using it, it has proved very useful.
