We were looking for a CDN partner to swap one of the CDN partners we were using.. We narrowed our choice to CacheFly and one other CDN provider. Our pricing was matched by both of them but friendly and professional approach that CacheFly representative had, simply "bought" us.

- Fast response times when something is not working as expected
Nachteile
Till now we did not have any negative experiences with CacheFly. I know it souds strange but it is really like that. They are fully business oriented!

Fantastic Service

Vorteile
Sales process was extremely easy, [sensitive content hidden] gave solid reasonable pricing out of the gate and got us on-boarded and answered any questions very quickly. Very quickly in our POC, we found Cachefly's service to be more performant than the other vendors being evaluated.
We had an initial traffic performance problem and [sensitive content hidden] stepped in and gave a personal touch to resolving the issue. Amazing customer service.
Nachteile
I haven't found anything to complain about yet and that is unusual for an engineer.

A little bit experience after using CacheFly for 3 month

Vorteile
Suitable for static website or static resource content delivery. And great plugin assonate to AWS S3 object storage.
Nachteile
Not easy to use, quite difficult than AWS CloudFront. Service resources may not take effect immediately after configuration. And another drawback is high costing, pricing is too high not only for personal or business.

Simple and easy to use

Quick and simple, I didn't even know our old service was shutting down until Cachefly reached out...
Quick and simple, I didn't even know our old service was shutting down until Cachefly reached out with a month to go. Had they not done that we would have been put into an incredibly tight position.
Vorteile
We were required to switch to a new CDN as a result of the old one closing their services. I was able to create an account, implement our solution without any support intervention other than them copying our files from the old service to this new service, which was GREATLT appreciated. Being able to 'force' the download of our videos rather than have users stream them is a great use of the bandwidth so that we're not likely to go over our limits.
Nachteile
We've not been using the service long enough to discover any cons at this point

Sadly, a number of CDN providers are stopping service this year. We're delighted that making the switch was simple and pain-free.

Good CDN

Vorteile
Having a local presence everywhere, I get as low as 6ms which is amazing!
Nachteile
I have been using it for a while now but so far I didn't notice anything wrong with the service.
