Versatility and ease-of-use is a great thing about this product

mapping fields can be a little difficult

I use Coupler's HubSpot integration to keep a live source of data and it works perfectly. Having over 50000 contact's information synced within 30 minutes is fantastic, and allowed us to easily transfer our reports.

Coupler support has also been fantastic, helping us develop a solution to fit our needs.

Would recommend to anyone who needs all their HubSpot information exported to Excel.

The biggest con with Coupler is it uses Hubspots internal labels, which may not be intuitive for some. However, this is likely a restriction with HubSpots API

Integrates with key marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads.

Data transformations can take some time to get use to and imports are buggy at times.

I needed a way to back up all of my Airtable databases automatically, instead of exporting each table manually, one by one. Coupler.io provided a way to do just that. I able to set up an individual Coupler “importer” for each of my Airtable tables, and configure it to run automatically every week, downloading the data to Google Sheets. What was a tedious manual job became totally automatic and foolproof. I heartily recommend coupler.io to anyone looking to automate backup of cloud data.

I came across no downsides using coupler.io.

The efficiency of the tool and that once you make the configuration all happens transparent.

We were able to use Coupler to integrate our database with google sheets so that we could check for errors during our scheduling process. The sync is seemless, and it is a great help to our organization.

We only use Coupler a few months out of the year, so the process of restarting our account and getting our non profit discount can be a bit tedious.

Coupler.io is super easy to set up and integrate with airtable and google sheets. It never breaks or causes any issues as long as I don't change my columns. I can count on it to always work for any live data sync.

It's a bit pricey for a large org to use. It doesn't have google sheets to airtable sync, only 1 way. Hopefully that's a new feature

I really liked the tool's user interface and how it connects databases.

Google Analytics 4 has some technical difficulties, but the other data sources are working properly.

We're a non-profit school with some limited data extraction requirements so needed a highly configurable product that would allow us to provide automated data extraction and import in the exact format that we wanted it, and Coupler was able to do this.

So far so good! I don't have any complaints yet.

Pulls and automatically refreshes a whole dataset on a desired schedule. They have a tool that allows to integrate sources that are not included in the product. Very supportive team.

The integration with Xero has some advanced filtering features that require some coding language but there's a guide for it and the team is very supportive.

It is quite easy to set-up if you are the only data person in the team and looking for a lean solution as going directly into data warehousing and build tools could be an overkill sometimes if you are starting out with data reporting from scratch and also it has some easy integration options with limited data transformation functionalities and integration available for almost all the popularly used tools.

- No integrations with slack (can use webhook but need dev work)- In a dashboard it only picks the 1st worksheet to export so will need to create a worksheet for every export

I am able to use Coupler.io to integrate data from one drive to google drive in real time

So far I do not have anything dislike Coupler.io

The data limits on the plans are annoying

It is extremely easy to use, and allows us to extract data from multiple sources.

The ability to customise what columns of data are extracted is crucial and should be available on all plans.

Most important is that it works all the time and is super reliable. It is also easy to use

Some recent changes in the data connectors changed the exported values to internal property values which resulted in not so user friendly experience. No we have to rename some values as the properties internal name is not suitable.

Coupler performs reliably, allows you to schedule automated refreshes of data imports, is easy to use in both the web and plugin interface, and works with many data sources (our main uses are Airtable and QBO).

Recently had an issue with QBO imports, but this seems to be caused by QBO and not by Coupler.

Coupler.io is super easy to setup and use.

I haven't really found anything about it that we do not like, but it would be great if they inlcuded Zoho CRM as a datasource.

Love the ability to pull in data from multiple sources and auto-update. I use this for a few different things, but main use case is a P&L-like realtime dashboard

The format in which data is exported to sheets is not customizable, so just just you a heap of random data. Have to functions to sort the data in a better way.

I like that it integrates QuickBooks w/ Google Sheets. We use both programs extensively. I also like that there is an online/web-based version of this. Very well setup. Easy to use.

Haven't found any yet. I've only been using this program for 2 weeks. It's done all that I've need it to do.
