Es ist sehr einfach zu bedienen und kann sowohl intern als auch extern genutzt werden. Die Optionen sind wie sichere Freigabe, es speichert Dateien sicher. es kann auch große Dateien teilen auch.

wir müssen unser Passwort sehr oft ändern und es ist immer schwieriger, es sich zu merken, es wäre besser, wenn es als Zusatz für andere Produkte wie MS Office hinzugefügt werden könnte

How slow it is to search through the thousands and thousands of files we store on Sharefile - honestly, nothing

I like that I am able to quickly and easily share files from my computer. Most of my job involves receiving and sending files with various levels of confidential information. ShareFile gives me the confidence to do so due to their security and ease of use.

ShareFile can sometimes slow me down. It might just be me, but it seems to not always save my preferences. I have to go in and change them from time to time.

Honestly the whole software is easy to use. Importing a file takes less than a minute and I have a link generated to be able to send to specific users or to a broader audience in case the client wants to share on a larger scale. Gives our company confidence that sensitive data is being protected more than sending an attachment via email

Minimal thing, but you can't generate a link to share a file if that file is still open on your computer.

Absolutely the best way to share sensitive data. We use it for audits and invoices with social and money on them.

Gave me a little grief logging in for a period of time and it took quite a while to get the issue resolved.

some things about the program are glitchy and/or hard to decipher

I like that I can easily add a link to request files to an email. It is also very handy to get the receipt when your link is downloaded.

Sometimes it is hard to find folders that you had previously used. There are a number of way to access internal and external data and finding all the folders is not very intuitive.

Sharefile is easy to use, it’s great for transferring documents through outlook securely and for document management.

I think that the request list function could use improvement. I also think that a function could be added to make folders more organized, rather than the current “Dropbox” setup.

Share file is user-friendly and easy to navigate through,it has good administrative interactions.it also has a long free trial period for new users.

A recipient has to open an account before acsesing the files.

Absolutely nothing, everything is very good

I like how convenient it is to use this app. For a file storage system for personal use or for business.. it is topnotch highly recommend

Only problem are the plans, if you want more space you have to pay, it's a business so it's understandable

I really like how easy it is to share files and how secure it is.

The initial learning curve of how to send and retrieve took me a little time but no problem now.

- Easy to send link for documents to be shared- I like the drag/drop feature- Quick transmission

- Will fail randomly- Wish you could see the list of documents that you have previously uploaded to the link (even if it's read-only)

It is easy enough to use and has a lot of features. We wanted more security and one program all in one. The sharing capabilities are for internal and external users.

The security and options for folder permissions. We were switching to MO 365 that already has the same capabilities with better security.

ShareFile offer a quick and straightforward process that help in sending a files or document, with no size limit imposed n the files size. It is the best solution for anyone that need a simple way to moving their files around without having to register an account with the software.

One of thing that i think that ShareFile need to upgrade is the file upload speed. It is too slow and will taking too much time for a large files thus making me frustrating more when the process get interrupted and had to repeating the same process again.
