Dieses System ist katastrophal und für eine seriöse Zeiterfassung nicht zu gebrauchen. Das System ist nicht ausgereift. Es vergeht inzwischen kein Tag ohne Beschwerden der Mitarbeiter.
Vorteile
Die Vorstellung hatte uns gefallen und überzeugt. Nach Einführung der Software nur Vollkatastrophe.
Nachteile
Ich fände es schon gut, wenn die einfachsten Berechnungen klappen würden

Einfaches Programm mit erheblichen Mängeln

Vorteile
Die Funktionen / Maske sind einfach und simpel aufgebaut.
Die Mitarbeiter im Support sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Nachteile
Wir verwenden Timemoto nun seit über einem Jahr in der Cloudversion und es gibt ständig Probleme und Fehler. Auch fällt das Programm häufiger aus bzw. friert ein, die Verarbeitung neuer Daten bzw. Änderungen benötigen zum Teil mehrere Stunden. Das raubt Zeit und auch Nerven aktuell z. B. übernimmt das Programm keine neuen Urlaubseintragungen dazu muss ich nun den Support anschreiben und auf eine Antwort warten dies kann dann bis zu 24 Stunden dauern.

It's inexpensive, easy to install and administer, and adapts well to the schedules given to it.

Vorteile
Inexpensive and easy to set up and does what we need it to. It's also really reliable and integrates smoothly with our time clocks.
Nachteile
Some document storage against employees would be great. Also a way of archiving previous employees without taking up users would be nice. The mobile app could be better as well.

it works, but badly it is the purpose of this kind of software to make things clear to everyone but...
it works, but badly it is the purpose of this kind of software to make things clear to everyone but it is just making everything harder. hour registration works fine but the way its displayed makes everyone have qwestions. its hard to use and verry glitchy it freezes a lot an loggin in is a pain. i would not reccoment.

the app is realy slow and glitchy. for some reason thay have a split database and you just can't find the normal employe login via google. the display of hours is extreamly dumb. witch makes people wonder if there registration is correct. witch it is but everyone has just more and more qwestions wy the hours are so regerstrated that it looks you always have worked less hours than you did. putting a lot of strain on HR complaints

Easy to navigate easy to use and makes following hours much easier then my old system
Nachteile
The website always freezes up and has errors makes correction take way longer and cause me time that I don’t have to waste on due to the slow running of the site

Our experience with Time Moto is that it takes more time to troubleshoot application issues than it is worth. I would not recommend this program.
Vorteile
It seems easy to use and a simple format, until you actually need to use it.
Nachteile
Extremely glitchy. Locks up frequently and will not display or print information correctly based on setting.
