Zengo is one of the best platforms I have used. Its always fast, there isnt ever any ttansactional issues, and most of all the customer support has has always been very helpful and nice to me!

The update to the app was a bit confusing at first but I got the hang of it now

I liked the ease of use when receiving and transferring crypto. The controls are nicely designed, descriptive, and informative as there is a real expectation with regard to timing.

I wish there were the ability to cancel transactions when they are pending. I had an issue a few months ago where the transaction had sat pending in the network for a few days. I wished I had the option to cancel it so I could resend it with an increased fee.

While most exchanges in the US are hard to operate and require so many steps, it was very easy for me to use the Zengo for storage and exchange right after registration.
