I personally haven't faces any issues with Secomea. It's really good for protection for corporations.

Fast setup for remote connectivity with OT environment, mainly to protect and adding extra security layers to secure IT assets and devices. Check and monitor maintenance task remotely for troubleshoot process by collecting machine data in real-time .

Need more flexibility in customization for the dashboard interface to make it easy for me for my daily tasks. It doesn't interfering with the process or remote connection, but would let me to finish my task faster in more comfortable dashboard display.

The too big leaps with the new subscription model.

Easy access to view machine screen display remotely from secure devices outside working place is a big benefits from Secomea. It gives me option to view progress and analyzed error without having to be present physically on the machine.

When the connection is disconnected and need to manually reconnect the machine with network. It is a hassle having to manually connect every machine.

The security that we get by implementing Secomea is incredible

UI - Drag n Drop for 2FA > Not so User-friendly interface (some parts)

Sexomea is quick and responsive when remotely accessing client machines. Its also easy to set up unattended machines and share access with team memebers.

While Secomea doesn't have all the adavanced deatures of more well know remote tools like ninha , its affordability and value make this a minor issue.

Managing individual nodes on the IoT system is very easy using Secomea and its features.

Currently there aren't many dislikes for Secomea.
