Things I like about Glasscubes:

5) I can create my own task list to keep on top of my workload and others can also add to that task list
6) Glasscubes notifies you when someone has added to a project you are working on or has assigned a task to you

I haven't found anything yet that I really don't like.
In searching for a resource that would tie multiple working teams that adjudicate and support over 70 churches and social service agencies in the upper Midwest of the USA, we explored many options but settled on glasscubes. Ease of use, excellent labeling and parking of necessary files, reviews, collaborative projects confidentially limited to particular subsets of larger collaborative team was a huge seller. Being able to use discussion and polling options for online formal decision making, global calling options, doc reviews, pushed notices, universal calendaring and strong tech support made glasscubes an easy decision.

Our experience with Glasscubes has been an extremely positive one since the moment I first spoke to Craig.
He conducted two online presentations, which having sold software for 18 years, I think are some of the best I have had. Clear, concise, informative, in plain english and no hard sell (just let the product do the work for him!).
The implementation and on-boarding process is both intuitive and straight forward with lots of support both from the team and from online content, which is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble for our primary contacts.
Pound for pound, Glasscubes exceeds expectation and I can only imagine will get better and better. Yes there are improvements that can be made but their 'vote for new functionality' that clients can access will enable them to prioritise and gauge what to do next.
We are a team of 13 and the overwhelming feedback has been really positive from the whole company and has made us far more collaborative, centralising all our work and creating a focal point for our company.
I very much look forward to working with Glasscubes for many years to come and if they maintain their standards, they will become a real force in this market and a natural choice for small SMEs.

- would like to see smoother integration with MS Office suite (both on PC and Mac). I appreciate refinements to this process are ongoing. Working on a Mac, it this is slightly clunky but really not a deal breaker in anyway.

As a multi-site company sharing sensitive data, we needed an internet based system so that we could share and update data easily. Of all the systems we've seen and tried, Glasscubes offers the best combination of features and pricing. It works well for us and we've been using it for many years.

We use Glasscubes to manage and create thousands of assessments in order to train the healthcare scientists for the NHS. We have a distributed team of many hundreds of people that work together collaboratively and seamlessly across the NHS. Without Glasscubes our work would not be possible.
Our teams are busy people that work on the front line in the NHS, by using a system like Glasscubes we save time, money and effort by allowing our teams to work together easily at times that work for them.
I'm really not sure what we'd do if we didn't have Glasscubes.

Glasscubes has been a lifesaver for my project management. I use the to do lists and workspace most frequently and it helps to keep my tasks organize and keeps me on track.

I like that it is easy to use and set up. The collaboration features are also top notch. Glasscubes makes it easy to work with my secretary as well. I like the way that tasks are either not started, in process or completed. It makes it easier to keep track of things.

It needs an iOS app, at least for the to-do list and calendar. Google integration would also be great.
Among all the varieties of online collaboration software that I and the global networks I advise have used to try to build on-going, strong, virtual communication between our users, Glasscubes has been embraced and used more deeply, persistently and effectively than any other platform. Use the dashboard of recently added/changed/commented-upon to discover all the action throughout your Glasscube instance. It's an easy way to stay right on top of all developments. It gives confidence to users that their new contribution won't get lost deep in the site somewhere.

It has intuitively well-placed modules (dashboard of recent content; very functional workrooms - each with separate document/comments and more; effective tagging; and global search are most-used and appreciated.

I would find it advantageous for Glasscubes to widen its array of pricing options.
We are long time subscribers of Glasscubes (5 plus years) and have no complaints about uptime and service. It serves our organization well.

Easy to use - well supported
As President of a Design Build Construction company that does four to five million in work every year it has been very challenging managing all the task, documents and project scheduling with our team. It seems there was always someone out of the loop on any particular subject.
Glass cubes appears to be the solution to all our internal issues. I look forward to digging in deeper in January.
The customer Service team is solid and quick to reply. It was brilliant having the Customer Service Chat button on the desktop!!!

so far we do not have any complaints. there are items i am compiling questions about but certain they are not issues just not 100% familiar with the system yet.
Glasscubes has provided us with a much-needed reliable and easy-to-use collaborative project management tool. Our team includes members across sub-Saharan Africa and the UK, all of whom have been able to access the tool reliably and effectively.

It has some great features (tasks, workspaces, version control, chat function). The tech support is also really great - we had a lot of questions when we first started using the tool and the team were always quick to respond and helpful.

There are a couple of features that could be made more user-friendly but the team are very receptive to feedback and are currently looking at the possibility of implementing one change that came from our team - it's great to know that feedback gets listened to

I really like that you edit Microsoft files within this and allow for version control, saves that headache of millions of versions being sent around on emails. I also really like that you can tag people and comment directly on files or draw people's attentions to specific things - again without hundreds of emails going round. Additionally, as I work in a virtaul team with members needing access to various things, I really like how bespoke access can be made per individual.
Nachteile
Just snagging issues with things such as Desktop Connect crashing, which enables the editting of Microsoft files within the software.
We currently run 7 projects, each with at least 8 participants. Glasscubes has been invaluable for document storage and version controls.

I'd really like to see a process where a file that is used among various projects can be uploaded only once, then shared with other projects. Currently, the same files have to be uploaded for each project.

Introducing Glasscubes as a repository for documents for a team of some 20 volunteers, many of whom are not particularly tech-savy. It has been a relatively painless exercise and Glasscubes couldn't have been a better platform for this group to adopt.
Vorteile
Mainly used as a document repository for meeting documents, the ease of creating folders, uploading files, previewing and editing files is great.
Separate workspaces for confidential sub-groups is also really well handled.
Very flexible around billing for adding and removing group members.
Nachteile
If anything, perhaps there has been some confusion between Announcements, Discussions and Comments on documents. This, however, seems to be in the process of streamlining.
I am not very capable with technology, but Glass Cubes has excellent support to help me when I get lost or in trouble! The GC product has been a great tool for our online community covering 20+ countries.

Previously, the team has had project files stored in Onedrive or some other storage medium then messaged separately about the files uploaded in Whatsapp or by email. We currently do both within Glasscubes.
The storage service offered is more than sufficient for our needs too.

I loved how I could keep track of tasks in terms of completion and deadlines with colleagues. We share files constantly for upcoming presentations or projects amongst ourselves and there has never been a complaint about its organization and interface. Superb really!

I would have liked a longer free trial though. Really affordable pricing makes it worth it anyway.
There had been multiple versions of documents causing issues with the company admin - being able to access easily everything in one place that does not rely on a local network is invaluable. We have been really pleased with what we have been able to achieve

Excellent tool to collaborate with project team members located around the world, as well as maintain security of content. Perfect solution to my needs without the technical stress of SharePoint platform. Truly great customer service when one needs assistance.

Would benefit from a simple user manual available on-line or in pdf. Looking things up in articles (although they are good articles) takes too much time. Tool needs a viewer for Microsoft Project and Visio files.
My team are delighted with this solution. The interface is clean and easy to navigate. key tasks are very intuitive. We have a special interest in the file storage element. This is great for collaborative working and version control. We also like the ability to approve or 'sign-off' files.
I use the Offline File Synchronisation option that allows me to have full access to all files at any time.
The security certification meets the standards demanded of our organisations.
In short - I am very happy and would recommend the product.

Since using Glass cubes our case management systems has improved greatly. From informing staff of issues/information etc to the staff then feeding back. All of this is captured in one place, we have been able to design how we store this information which fits our organisation. Best move we ever made.

I started to use Glasscubes a few years ago when our team started working on projects with colleagues based around the UK. My first real experience was working on producing a short online course with colleagues in Manchester. Glasscubes made it so much easier for us to get feedback on content quickly and we didn't have to worry about version control as Glasscubes clearly shows you the history of who has accessed what and when. Everyone in the team could see the same information and we knew what we were all working on was the most current and up to date content. It definitely made life a lot easier for us.
