It is excellent software that is user friendly and flexible QMS software. Apps may easily be configured and modified to suit your unique requirements. It has a wide range of features. Without coding, there are several tools available to modify any part of the app, workflow, or user interface to meet your needs.

Training and a working understanding of fundamental programming are required for software customization. A minor inconvenience and time sink is the trouble shooting option, which occasionally fails to identify the issue.

The customer service and implementation team was amazing to work with. They ensured we were supported and on track throughout the entire process.

The startup was a little rough, but we also had some IT issues on our side that made it difficult.

With some training you can configure the software to do basically whatever you want it to do. The customer service is fantastic.

It can be a little tricky to get the workflows working correctly if you make changes. The software is designed for a larger company that we are so some of the apps needed to be made less complex to suit our needs.

You can do a lot of things in this platform. Intellect QMS is very intuitive and has a lot of features to offer. You can create and configure out of the box solutions for the specific needs within the team.

Overall experience of the platform is good as of the moment.

The only thing I would want to see in the future from Intellect is a way to adjust the layout of the personal navigation menu. Other than that, the application is great!

This software was well designed out of the box, and very customizable to suit the unique needs of our organization and QMS.

In our experience this software was very useful and effective but also very expensive compared to other software we trialed.

There are a lot of good things about the software, but I really enjoy using the Tool and Calibration system they offer. It has helped us streamline an area that we continued to struggle with. The other great feature is the ability to create custom applications. This allows us to tailor the software more to our needs. This also includes customizing the apps we purchased as well. This way, you are not stuck using the design the developers came up with and not having it fit your needs perfectly.

I have found that app development can occasionally be a pain to get done properly but this is due to how much stuff is interconnected.

Intellect has a lot of good features and operation seems very intuitive.
It is good value for the money.

We have had to use a double review process in order to be sure that all changes are captured before a document is approved.

I loved that we were able to customize the software, which gave our internal personnel insider knowledge of how the software works so we do not constantly have to rely on out-side support. It let us build it to our requirements and process flows.

There is nothing about the software that I don't like. I don't like how Microsoft when interacting with Intellect. To open a document to make changes you need to double click on link, click open, click enable editing, then enable content. It is slow and lots of clicks just to be able to open a document to make edits.

Ease of uploading information and flow of information. Pretty straightforward to understand.

Much longer lead time to go Live with than originally told when they sold the software. More customization is required than originally thought and takes up half the time/work of a full time employee. Did not anticipate a team member to be so dedicated the software and expected more set-up for the cost.

Intellect's ability to configure without coding nor paying developers is its best feature. You can create your own apps or take their out of the box apps and configure to suit. The platform does have a learning curve understand how its intended to work together, however after training, validation, and a deployment, it's very doable yourself. The concurrent license model was very customer focused and allows small to midsize company's to truly go digital rather than struggle with expenses related to named licenses.

The out of the box applications did not suit my needs from the medical device industry.

It is not as user friendly as other eQMS software solutions that I have used before
There are some items that you have to configure each and every time instead of making them system items that can be configured easier (system fields, email notifications, etc.)

It was set up geared towards GMP industry specifically manufacturing, which makes configuration more intense for other industry use.

This software is very user friendly and is easy to teach other how to use the programs. You don't have to be an IT master to be able to use it.

It would be nice if they offered a limited amount of free customer support after the initial set up. It would be nice to have something like 2 to 4 hours of free support every month.

I have very limited use of the product. We have yet to launch things here and i am scheduled to attend a training session at the end of august on the product.
