Toggl Track Erfahrungen

Ich habe mich für Toggl entschieden, da es perfekt zusammen mit ToDoIst funktioniert. So kann ich meine Aufgaben mit einem Klick mit tracken.

Generell bin ich sehr zufrieden, nur eine Schnittstelle zu meinem Programm für die Rechnungsstellung wäre noch hilfreich.

Toggl Track is so easy to use - a Graphic Designer can use it! And I do! It was simple to set up and get rolling. Adding clients and projects is simple. The interface makes it easy, and the Help features make things even easier.

Can't really say what that might be. I LOVE this tool and it is brilliant for my business.

It's really simple and intuitive to use. I love the web app UI. I love the reporting features. The android app is really good. I think the price point is right.

The windows app is very slow to open (around 5secs?) I often go to start my timer, click the toggl icon, then within that 5 seconds of waiting for the app to open I momentarily get distracted by something else, and forget to start my timer

There are applications with similar functionalities but cheaper.

I've been using this tool for a while now and I love that it is super easy to track your time.

Price? In my opinion, $10 is a bit too much for me to spend personally on this. If I removed some of my subscriptions to other tools, though, I would purchase a subscription.

The desktop app makes it super easy to track projects in my business. I can easily break down clients’ projects by task, which helps me bill and set prices appropriately. It’s really quick to sort time by project or task, so it makes billing a breeze.

Nothing much. I use only minimal services for free but I might try bills and other things in the future

Tags are handy but of limited use for reporting (you can filter using tags, but you can't group activities by tags in a report).

I like the weekly time slots showing how you spent your time that week. We arent using it for billable hours but more as an extra tracking for how long we spend on projects and its been working great for that.

That a lot of the tracking is done only through the Toggl calendar, I wish I could still use google/outlook seemlessly but I understand they are different products.

1. Not super intuitive. Took me a little while to understand how to use it.
2. along that track, setting up the billable rates was a little bit unclear.

Ease of use, stability, features, tracking local activities on pc's to assign time worked on projects afterwards if you forgot to start a timer. It does a great job dividing tasks into several chunks according to activity.

The userinterface, for instance searching for and managing projects and clients is clumsy and could be a lot more streamlined.

I don't see any cons, I came to a point that I can't manage my business without using Toggl Track

I don't have any dislike about Toggle Track

It's very easy to use with other apps like calendar, todoist, etc. It has made it easier for me to track my activities and productivity, as it allows me to know exactly where I spend my time, for example how much time I spend reading something or researching something. This allows me to be more aware of how I spend my time and make changes to improve.

I've heard some people get overwhelmed with so many options on the dashboard, but that's not my case. In any case, I think the dashboard could be set up as simple as possible, but I don't try to do that.

It is a great time tracking software with browser time tracking icon that made time tracking very easy.

No direct export to QuickBooks to raise time based invoices.

Toggl Track is extremely easy to use. We use it for work but I would honestly also recommend it to a friend if tracking enables them to be more consistent and efficient in their personal lives. In terms of work use, it is so easy to use and set up different projects and tasks and it works great for monitoring how much time is spent on each project, monitoring staff overtime, and it creates really helpful reports too.

I would not say that there is something I actively do not like about toggl track. Maybe it is a setting thing but I would like to go back further on some weeks to review time spent on projects.

Easy to install and use. Made tracking development time much less painful than it would have been without it. There was not much of a learning curve either.

The app did its job well. I only messed up when I myself forgot to turn it on or off, so I cannot blame the application for it.

The project setup and reporting are really good.

There are two major flaws with this software.
1. The best feature of this product, the project tracking, doesn't sync with QuickBooks. Why is this not built yet?
2. The second biggest flaw is that approvers can't see the weekly timesheet view that everyone uses to input their time we want to see the weekly view as it was entered.
Fix these.

Toggl Track is a remarkable tool that enables me to track time and expenses on projects automatically.

Need I say something really, Toggl Track suits all my desires.
