> **Nachteile**: Aesthetics. This app is not as savvy as others regarding how to visualize tasks, progress, and what else is coming in the week/month ahead. In particular, it shows only the task dates and not any kind of progress tracking.

> As a writer, I think Flow works better for editors/project managers than for any other involved parties. It gives a kind of overall accountability, but doesn't add anything to my own project experience.

> **Vorteile**: Catch up feature is amazing to know what the team is doing. Task list can be filtered by anyone on the team .  Tags and filters are powerful and allow for great organization of tasks. The app is very easy to use and something everyone in the company can use. Great support and love the new interface/design.

> My biggest complaint with Flow is the refund policy---they SIMPLY WILL NOT RETURN YOUR MONEY. I lead a small non-profit and our subscription was renewed by accident after we realized we needed a more robust task management platform. I reached out to Flow for some grace but they offered nothing. Instead we lost a full year of licensing for 10 people, $954.00 in total.

> **Nachteile**: At the moment, you are only able to assign a task to one person. When collaborating this makes it difficult to make sure more than one person has it on their personal task list. You currently have to subscribe any others working on the task.

> **Vorteile**: Very nice design and ease of use. Their checklist feature is simple yet very helpful for me and my coworkers. The tool really helps us when we have a project that requires many small tasks. Love the sub-tasks feature as well. Cloud based so we can all log-in which is very helpful
