Why is it so difficult to integrate custom made rubrics? Why is the software consistently knocking out students and losing their essay work?

Being able to quickly set up an online quiz and continue to iterate it as we learned more made a difference. It would have taken us much longer to create from scratch and we would have lost out on valuable time. It is a great tool.

Not sure - noticed question below about integrate it with other programs - I didn't know that was a possiblity. It would be great if we could integrate it with our HRIS system with Paycor. Currently we download and upload the information to get it into the Paycor system.

I use this to assess job candidates competence in language. Users give positive feedback about the process and it easy to administer. I highly recommend them!

I would like to have more functionality with test creation in terms of layout.

The whole program fills several functions that would take many person hours if done manually. Creating the quizzes is easy with a professional result. Using email to deliver quizzes and report results cuts several corners. Reporting is done to both student and teacher immediately. And the program even supplies a certificate of completion. My most dependable and efficient employee!

Very easy to set up and deploy what I was looking for. Stand out - flash cards and ease with which I can write exam questions

Tags - create a type ahead library so that I'm not writing the same tags time and again
Picture Library, I use the same picture in many pieces of my work, why not create a library I can pic from after I've uploaded it.

Often I have saved an edited version of a question and the save eliminates tags or does not save my changes at all.

Pictures are difficult to work with.

ProProfs is very user friendly and was easy to integrate with our existing structure.

Our processes are simple so I can't speak to some of the tools we didn't necessarily need or use. It is good for our needs.

The ease of use of ProProfs is unlike most LMS' I researched and is more cost efficient.

There is an option to changes the language but this only applies to the wording in the program, not the content of the quizzes. This would be a great help to convert everything as our company has three languages to deal with.

Less steps in copy and paste feature when creating questions

We are now able to have out students take online tests and easily score them.

Setup was cumbersome in the beginning but once we had the tests input, the rest is smooth sailing.

We can't keep the score reports after deleting users (it was working a few years ago)

The best thing is when a new aspect is introduced and I don't understand, the customer service is simply the best in the world at getting you the help you need to address your issue.

This Product is great for the low cost , But the ability to create hotspots on an assessment is the most valuable tool this software offers. It allows me to take images of products and use that image as part of the assessment to identify certain key areas of the image

There are still hiccups using hotspots, not all browsers handle the experience the same way and limitations on some of the resolutions can create an unstable experience. End user experience vary when it comes to accurate results but for the value the software still proves to be useful

The varied options of question style is very nice since the NGN NCLEX has many of these.

It does take a little effort to figure out how to use the differing question styles. It would be helpful to have a built in "help" guide with each question style.

Ability to grade quicker, import test bank questions, ability to combine 2 tests/assessments, different types of questions.

Getting kicked out when a message comes to test taker. You have to totally delete their entry and they have to start again. Would be nice if we could restore their assessment where they ended.
