UKG Ready Erfahrungen

I like the ease of creating schedules, submitting PTO or other time off, and checking my schedule.

I wish I could label the numerical time codes (e.g. Education in, Eduxario out) so it's easier to transfer cost centers.

The fact that they have an app to use on our phones.

The many attempts it would take to log in.

Love all the features and options you have with this app/program

as with most programs finding things were a little difficult but once learned the system it was easy.

Being able to handle payroll on the go, and being to do it without resorting to the browser version.

Some of the UI is a bit different fromt he desktop version.

Desktop web access is great, full features works really well

Mobile web access, not so great. Sections of screen not visible and could use improvement,

The cost for UKG is better than most HRIS and payroll management companies

It is so hard to make changes, from admin right to setting up the different areas for payroll deductions, benefits, etc. It needs to be streamlined for friendliness.

While working for a former company, they used UKG. This tool helped the associates keep track of their company profile information and gave the associates the access to manage their own profiles. This was great for the HR operation at the company.

Associates were often locked out of their apps. This glitch put a strain on our department.

UKG Ready is very easy to understand. The interface is easy to understand.

There's no cons to UGK Ready, however I had an issue with my log in on multiple occasions but customer service was helpful .

I like that it is interactive and easily accessible to employees. Any work history information that HR has is contained right there and at your fingertips.

The one thing I could say that I had an issue with is not being able to change my profile picture. I think the user should be allowed to update their picture periodically.

It is simple to administer and manage employees benefits with UKG Ready.It is simple to generate employees payroll with this tool.It is simple to to measure and manage employees work performance with this tool.It is reliable tool for employees work scheduling.

I haven't experienced anything that is challenging with UKG Ready.

The mobile app is easy to use. With a large PT workforce, its a a game changer.

It can be confusing for people who aren't tech savvy.

How easy it is to use the Time Management feature.

How it logs you out after what I think is a short amount of time.

It gives me flexibility to check my company profile, schedule, pay everything on my phone.

Nothing about UKG is dislike. Very easy to use by new to old employees. Everything you find in your figure tip.

Password policy we need to change after few months.

It's easy to use, intuitive and great for time tracking.

Sometimes clocking in and punching in and out for breaks can be difficult.

NOTHING! Hard to say what works best when nothing works at all.

The contact and implementation team. We have had to pull the pin and give up on implementing Kronos as we have spent tens of thousands of $ and hundred and hundreds of hours trying to get the system up and running and have gotten no where.

There was nothing I did not like about UKG ready

The product is easy to use and the home screen is customizable so you have easy access to the most frequently used features and reports. UKG also offers a wide variety of training/education opportunities, including free webinars.

It would be helpful if Kronos/UKG allowed multiple tabs open, especially when reviewing timesheets for approvals and making sure there aren't any timesheet change requests or time off requests pending approval. As soon as you try to open a new tab, it forces you to close the original tab. Additionally, UKG is not fully integrated with New World ERP and the accrued/used time off balances are not always accurate.

How easily I can see my time stamps and how the information displayed can be adjusted by time frame.

My login does not save, but that could be my own browser settings.

Very easy to use, the search feature is very helpful for looking up information

Cannot search information on Terminated employees, have to pull reports to search their information
