Benutzerfreundliches E-Mail Programm mit vielen Funktionen

Manche Funktionen sind versteckt. Es könnte aufgeräumter sein.

Mit Outlook wurde eine Möglichkeit geschaffen, alle Mails im Blick zu haben, unterschiedliche Postfächer zu verwalten und Termine sicher zu managen

Sehr umfangreiche und komplexe Funktionen sind nicht immer selbsterklärend

Integration von Teams, Kalenderfunktion ...

Suchen bei Outlook ist relativ schwierig, aber liegt mitunter an der eigenen Such-Qualität

Einfache Handhabung, viele Funktionen, läuft problemlos.

Die Einstellungen könnten noch einfacher bearbeitet werden

Alle Funktionen enthalten, die man gebrauchen kann. Schriftverkehr ist unproblematisch.

Eventuell die Übersichtlichkeit - aufgrund der Menge von Funktionen

Gut und einfach zu bedienen. Sehr übersichtlich und dennoch komplex.

Die Suchfunktion ist manchmal top und manchmal richtig schlecht. Nur gut würde mir besser gefallen.

Outlook hängt sich des öfteren auf und läd teilweise sehr lange.

Emails and contacts are synced seamlessly across my devices. Integration with other video collaboration and to-do programs is readily there. The price is also reasonable, given that I got it as part of my MS Office subscription.

Searching is not always exhaustive (this can sometimes be solved by trying a different keyword or weirdly enough, switching to the web version). Sent notification is pretty obscure. Very rarely, I send an email, believing that it has already been sent, only to discover the next time I check that it's still in my outbox.

It functions in the areas it needs you to: sending and receiving emails, storage, etc.

It's not the most intuitive user interface. I found that I learned quicker with other interfaces for similar software.

It's pretty easy to use and, as you'd expect, integrates incredibly well into the Microsoft eco system. For example; I can flag an email in outlook and it shows up on my ToDo list app with all the info pre-filled.It has an extensive feature set and is a lot less clunky than it used to be, especially on mac/iOS where it's improved massively lately. You can create meetings in the calendar and have it automatically create and send Teams invites for those meetings if they're virtual without leaving outlook.

It can at times suffer from the usual Microsoft issue of toggles galore. Everything has a setting, which can be good, but also is sometimes just too much choice for the sake of it!

If you need more than one templete this is the correct software for your company. Its easy to easy to use, user -friendly and it has many tools that will help you to organice

It could be better if at the time you want to look for an old email it appears. That would facilitate

I have always used Outlook, even before my career working for a politician. It is easy to navigate and organize my emails and it is certainly the email platform I prefer most. I also avidly use the calendar with colleagues.

I find it difficult to search (i.e. too many results to look thru when searching for something specific).

It’s tried and true. It has been around forever but there’s so much more you can do yet so little time to figure it all out.

As you use it you wish you were so much more knowledgeable but you probably won’t take the time to learn all of it so use it for the basics.

Its simplicity and effectiveness ; Also the ability to customize everything and the fact that you can also have the same interface on your phone through its app is just amazing, also in mac.

I've nothing to point as negative ; Works well on all the platfoms i use !

With Microsoft products, you are always getting an all in one deal. I can check my notes with this mail software and the mail is categorized by way of importance. Notifications are timely and you can access other Microsoft apps right from Outlook.

The layout of the platform can be confusing to first time users, it is a bit much and could be more minimalistic.

The best software and also the easiest to track your e-mails. Can work as a client and on the web too. Also there are tons of extensions you can integrate your outlook with to make it much more helpful.

The set-up from another e-mail client can be a little difficult but the result once you move to outlook is great,

What I love about the software is the ability to add different email addresses. This saves my computer a ton of ram because I don't need to have those email opened on my browser.

I also love the ability how SharePoint and outlook are all connected, thus allowing me to use Power Query on a spreadsheet to view certain data I want to see or evaluate.

I don't like how the app still includes certain features on the web version that it isn't available on the app itself.

Web Outlook allows you to create a "Microsoft To Do Task" by just highlighting any text inside the body of your mail, meanwhile outlook as an app is unable to do so.

Also, I don't like that Outlook takes Storage away from my computer per every email I setup, so for those who´s got a laptop of 128GB or less. I don't personally recommend having too many accounts.
I manage 4 email and I had to keep one away because that mail was eating too much GB from my computer storage.

I'm using this through the company. It works for large-scale companies for users to interact with each other. It is an ideal program with its ability to access information quickly in parts such as the address book, signature operations and many features. It allows to categorize mails by giving colors.

It needs to be updated and developed for macos software. Also, mails are sent later to the desktop application. This pushes people to use online. It can be made faster. I am not looking for the efficiency I want in the filtering part either. When I type in the search button, it has trouble finding an exact match.

Very user friendly. Able to setup signatures, auto-replies and alerts easily. Integrates well with other programs like Zoom for meetings, JIRA for tickets, and several other options. Offers both a client version and a web version.

The client can be a little slow if the mailbox is very large. We have found it runs much faster on through webmail.

Great integration with M365 ecosystem. I can integrate all the emails with my teams apps and provides a seamless transition between apps. Great email archiving features. I love the spam blocker as well.!

I don't like the UI/UX. It is too complex and not easy on the eyes. Browser version is fine. but mobile browser is not very user-friendly!
