Das Programm bietet viele Funktionen zum Bearbeiten und Präsentieren von Präsentationen. Es bietet außerdem gute und viele Animationen, was bei anderer Software oft zu kurz kommt.

Die Vorlagen sind leider nicht gerade gut und inzwischen etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Da gibt es mittlerweile deutlich bessere Alternativen.

Mit der Software kann man sehr gute Präsentation vorbereiten

Wir verwenden PowerPoint in unserem Unternehmen um Inhalte zu Präsentieren, sowohl "in person", in Teams Meetings oder als Unterlage um Informationen abzuspeichern. Wir haben uns Prezi angesehen, aber PowerPoint ist einfacher zu handhaben und den meinsten Menschen bereits bekannt.

Es gibt ein paar Funktionen, die noch intuitiever funktionieren könnten, insbesondere die Positionierung und Bearbeitung von Bildern direkt in PowerPoint.

Die Software ist einfach zu bedienen. Leicht erklärt.

Bisher nichts negatives oder schlechtes zu berichten.

Wir nutzen die Software um Arbeitsergebnisse zusammenzufassen. Z.B. Wochenergebnisse. Pro Thema kann eine Seite übersichtlich zusammengefasst werden. Gut sind die Möglichkeiten die einzelnen Elemente an einander auszurichten

Nachteilig ist, dass man vorher die Optik festgelegt haben muss. Stellt man beim einfügen des Inhalts auf einer späten Folie fest, dass die Grafik nicht passt müssen alle Folien angepasst werden

Am besten finde ich die benutzerfreundliche Ansicht. Man wird nicht mit der Anzeige erschlagen. Wenn man ein paar Mal damit gearbeitet hat, dann versteht man die Funktionen. Man wird durch die Folien gezwungen seinen Vortrag in einen logischen Ablauf zu bringen und ihn so zu gestalten, dass es spannend und interessant bleibt.

Den Nachteil sehe ich eigentlich nicht bei Powerpoint selbst, sondern bei der Präsentation. Wenn man nicht gut vorbereitet ist. Die Technik streikt oder an verliert den Faden.

Benutzfreundlichkeit hat mir sehr gefallen, dazu hat Powerpoint sehr viele Varianten, welche man beim Unterricht oder Präsentation benutzen kann

Aber auch selber welche zu erstellen ist ein Kinderspiel. Selbst ohne große Erfahrung findet man sich sehr schnell zurecht und findet alle nötigen Funktionen.

Ich habe nichts zu meckern und bin (soweit ich es benutze) rundum zufrieden damit.

I found that working with PowerPoint could be tedious, especially when creating complex presentations. Anything can be done with this product. It is a must for presentations, globally use, friendly to use. I have seen people do amazing presentations with it.

It is a product for windows users. But on Windows is a must.

Sometimes there are just too many features in PowerPoint, I wish learning about them was easier.

PowerPoint being part of Microsoft's vast range of Products offers a vast number of features and resources to make your presentation. Having a very clean and intuitive design to the software helps you design your presentation in a simple card format. This layout helps you plan your presentation and build on it with visual tools to help change font size's, colour, layout, shapes and even allows you to add various images onto your slides. Furthermore you can also change slide animations, add sound cue's, add 3d videos and gif's to your slides to fully customise your presentation.

In terms of Cons there are a few cons such as how sometimes this software isn't as optimized and can feel slow on some computers when you try and either add too many images or 3d file formats into your presentation. While the slide format is nice sometimes however, you want to do more than just create a simple slide structure. While you can make some interesting presentations over time you wish you can create something that is completely different to powerpoints overall structure and this is where you might pursue another product to use.

Even though the field is crowded today, PowerPoint still remains at the top of presentation and slide deck creation tools! Here's what I like most:
- No other platform or program offers as many advanced features as PowerPoint. What you are capable of doing with this Microsoft program may be mimiced or imitated by other platforms, but at the end of the day, no other platform is capable of all of the heavy lifting when compared to PowerPoint. It is a robust program.
- Even though, PP is loaded with features, it's also user-friendly. Most of us grew up in a day when Microsoft products reigned supreme, as a result, we intuitively know or feel comfortable with the interface.
- Due to the advanced features, PP allows creators to produce a more engaging, visually impressive presentation.
- It's affordable.
- PP links or integrates with so many other programs or platforms. Something as simple as creating handouts from PP is so simple - a process that is not as true for competitors.
- It's almost the industry standard. It doesn't matter what field/sector you discuss, PP is common knowledge, understood, and used by all (education, business, private, etc.).
- You can use it virtually anywhere, as long as you have a device of course. No connection is needed.
- Individual slides can be customized to your heart's delight. Competitors tend to offer themes, which are necessarily applied to the whole deck. Not so with PP.
- PowerPoint is versatile and can be used for many purposes.

I have no concerns or complaints about PowerPoint. Even though many competitors are in the field, I still think PowerPoint has carved out a significant space and will last for years to come.

Along with other Microsoft Office tools, I've always relied on this for my presentations during meetings because it is simple to use and is packed with a lot of things for customization. Toying around with the transitions; text effects; slide templates; insertion of audio, video, flash and gif files; and exporting to other formats is very easy to do.

I also love how this is not so heavy on RAM especially for me who incorporates a lot of multimedia files to spice up my presentation. The table and chart functions is also a bonus, although adding and finding the symbols can be tedious for those that are not so commonly used. In addition, I find it very convenient to be able to save my own customized template since I give presentations in the office on a weekly or even bi weekly interval and typically use the same ones.

There was a time when I was lazy to learn Photoshop and logo creation that I relied on this to composite pictures to create my banners for office use, as well create tarpaulin designs for corporate events and even personal ones such as birthdays and anniversaries; which I think produced a very excellent output.

The only thing I encountered was with an issue of not having my gif images animate in my presentation. Although it was fixed by adding it again in the presentation, or changing the settings depending on the version because sometimes it doesn't fix the issue. I would go with former to remedy it though.
