This software is very easy to use and well accessible, even for fresh graduates. It is user-friendly and the customer support are quick to respond

Sometimes they do not send job opportunities based on your location. Well, I don't know if its only me, though

I like he jobs that are being posted for the fields I'm looking in.

I just don't like the fact that the jobs are gone or don't follow back up with me.

It works well to organize new employment opportunities. Good way of keeping track of candidates. Easy to search qualifications and narrow options down.

The site is not quite as easy to use as other sites such as Indeed or LinkedIn. Could use some user friendly upgrade.

Customer Service is excellent!! The most helpful of any company I’ve ever used.

I get frequent job listings sent to my inbox. Applying to jobs through Zip Recruiter is very easy.

The job listings that I am receiving do not really match my skill set.

ZipRecruiter has all the tools needed to help for post, edit and update resumes, check with current employers in your field, and keep in touch with job job and employer status through its AI abilities via email.

At the moment this application has all the right features needed to search for current job posting thoughout the job varied job market .

Zip Recruiter is very simple to use and very convenient in helping find that perfect candidate.

They could use a update on the way they run there software its outdated most interviews are phone so they could change that.

ZipRecruiter is a great place for job search they provide skilled applicants

They have a small window for auto tech. But is getting better by introducing similar interests.

I value every one of the various things ZipRecruiter offers. Work postings, The Capacity to look for candidates utilizing watchwords, informing likely candidates and arranging information.

I liked that it was uncomplicated to search for jobs. There wasn't a large amount of information to fill out beforehand and there are many opportunities posted. It was easy to apply and I got several callbacks. I got much more interest than I did from other places like Indeed.

One thing I did not like is that it seems the recruiters are not properly vetted before creating posts. I did get quite a few spam calls/emails. Also, some of the job post information is not correct. There were several times when the salary that was offered did not match what the posting listed.

I liked the ease of reviewing candidates resumes and narrowing down our search prior to contacting potential hires as our first step in the hiring process.

There isn’t much that I don’t like about zip recruiter. My suggestion would be to offer seasonal discounts for new businesses on a tight budget

I’ve never gotten a single response or even heard of anyone ever getting an interview from ziprecruiter.

The pros about ZipRecruiter is that for the Security Guard industry there are a ton of applicants. Zip Recruiter has a large pool of candidates in NYC to choose from. The resumes are easy to download as is using every other feature in this site.

I do not have any cons from my use of ZipRecruiter as a human resource administrator.
