Vorteile

We are able to utilize this tool to monitor sensitive information (PHI) on documents stored in the cloud (onedrive & googledrive). This allows us to see the owner, what alert it triggered and see if the owner has done anything about the notification they received. A lot of oversight into where the document lives, who it is shared with and what the owner has done with it. Very helpful in monitoring this type of information that we don't want out there on the cloud.

Nachteile

Nothing comes to mind, the admin console is seamless and easy to use. The e-mails sent to users are straightforward and provide the necessary information to resolve. Easy to investigate when an alert occurs and a user disputes as dummy data.
