As an IT consultant, I needed a reliable job scheduling system after securing three major contracts. Wello Solutions stood out for its affordable pricing and efficient inventory system, allowing me to track stock between the warehouse and vehicles seamlessly. While the platform has a bit of old-school design, it's user-friendly and steadily improving. To fully enjoy its key features, I recommend spending time exploring the platform, as it offers advantages over many competitors in the FSM industry. The mobile app is solid, and although reporting was recently added, I haven't had enough experience with it yet. Despite a few shortcomings, I appreciate the continuous updates and responsive customer support.

Highly effective and easier to implement than other applications, this powerful tool has streamlined my team's dispatching process.

Nachteile

The inventory system is solid, with a well-organized presentation of information and a user-friendly mobile app. The platform is easy to use and offers good customization options. However, there's no direct integration with Freshworks, so I had to use Zapier, but it integrates seamlessly and works well.

Overall, it's a great system, especially considering the cost. Compared to what we used before, Wello has helped us modernize our processes. Their support team is very responsive, usually getting back to me within seconds of submitting a callback request. The onboarding process was quite challenging at first, but after I asked for more assistance, they provided the additional help we needed.

like the dispatch page and the affordability of the product, which delivers solid software and a reliable customer database. The lack of a per-user fee was a major selling point for us. It's also easy for my technicians to use, which has been a huge benefit.

Nachteile

There are a few small issues that need to be worked out. Some limitations exist in the user interface, and while the platform has many features, it's essential to understand all of its capabilities through onboarding support. Occasionally, there are minor glitches, but nothing significant enough to disrupt my work or make me consider canceling.

The team was professional and skilled, and they maintained good communication throughout the project. While there were a few minor hiccups, they were addressed promptly and didn't overshadow the positive aspects of working with them. Overall very satifisying, all in one software and a cloud based software which provides lots of advantages, fault tolerance and less responsibilty for system administrators. since the upgrade from odysse to wello, i noticed a lot of backgroud improvements like no more downtimes and better communication

friendly user interface and no lacking of system at all very fluent and responsive. also the web interface provide quite lots of advantages compared to an application itself

Nachteile

lack of traning and certifications can be a good way to perfectionate the system and provide confidence to the users

Vorteile

An affordable field service software which offers a) a multi-worker time and route planner, b) a customer portal, c) contract management feature and d) multi-language option is pretty unique.

Nachteile

each admin requires an own license - license price should solely depend on number of field service staff; annual license fee is payable in advance; currently a native interface is available only for "exact" bookkeeping software (a native interface for "Sage" cloud products is planned, as I understand)

Thank you for your review. The reason why admins pay equally a license is because they have just as many features for planning and administration than technicians in the field. Also we are indeed working on a connector to all sage products and have already existing connectors to Exact Online, SAP& NAV.
