I was very happy with the invoicing, payments, and the Design and functionality. I was able to search past transactions very easily. I did not pay for premium support, but the support that I recieve is excellent.
Vorteile
It was free to use the accounting services
I was able to invoice customers using Stripe as a Payment Gateway which was great value
The Design and User Interface is very professional compared to others that I have seen
The Payment Gateway was also very professional when sent to customers, it added to the credibility of the business
Nachteile
My particular Bank would not allow me to sync my account with Wave, but that was a local issue not a general issue.
I was very very happy with the invoicing. but I always felt that the ledger views were not as robust.

An easy to use accounting system for a small business

Vorteile
Wave accounting allows you to create professional-looking invoices that can be easily and timely sent to customers. I was able to customize the invoices with our company's branding. One of the best features is the ability to set up automatic reminders for unpaid invoices. The interface is user-friendly and has a comprehensive set of features that can elevate any small business to great success.
Nachteile
The difference between the website and the mobile app is "night and day". The website is pretty good. The mobile app could be better. It's slow to load, and when it does it's non-responsive, most of the time I have to close it and then open it again.

I would recommend to anyone looking to stay on top of their business accounts
Vorteile
It’s a great way to do accounting from your phone or computer. It has a plug-in with g-sheets that helps you to see things tabulated and all in one place.
Nachteile
It could work on allowing users to switch currency a lot easier. I use both USD and JMD and sometimes have to bill customers in both.

Horrible Product.

Very bad. Couldn't reconcile, connect with bank, wasn't able to pay staff. Horrible program.

At first I liked the simplicity of it and the ease of setting it up.
Nachteile
EVERYTHING. The biggest 2 issues is the connection to the banks. It can't do this reliably and cannot update the transactions for accounting OR payroll. Second problem is customer support. There is none. Only a chat bot AI which takes you in circles. No customer support email, phone, nothing.

Vorteile
I enjoyed the ease of use for this software. I currently have quick books but I still use my wave account because it's easier to navigate than quick books. I like that the software is free also. As a small business owner every dollar saved is good.
Nachteile
I wished that the software had more option for customer service. The option to pay for service is too much for a one time call.
