For a small business having a payroll program that's affordable and manageable while they take care of remittances and off boarding. Financial tracking for profit and loss reports is extremely helpful as well. Open chat system with questions and answers; If answers aren't readily available, the support team follows up with an email to assist.  The automation with sync banking and categorizing expenses and income is vey useful for identifying balancing books keeping your tasks on track.
