This is just too expensive for smaller businesses so a free application is a better option if you can't afford it, but the free ones won't provide you with as many features.

> **Nachteile**: Wish it could be applied at checkout but that's only available for shopify Plus. Also if you don't have the floating bubble (mine is in menu) it does take time to load so customers often have questions about that.
