> **Vorteile**: Jotform is super easy to use and gets right to the point\! Easy to create forms that anyone of any age can use.  Forms can be customized almost entirely.  The forms are all mobile friendly as well as desktop friendly.

> **Nachteile**: I wish there were more customization options (able to change colors/fonts of certain things easier).  We sometimes run into an issue where it makes our clients create an account- but this doesn't always happen.
> 
> Our hospital loves jotform.  We use this for a variety of different forms that our hospital has and utilize it the most when clients are not physically in the lobby or we utilize the mobile friendly versions on our tablets when our CSRs are inundated.
