> **Vorteile**: The ability for form customization is highly important to me, as well as ease of use. The price point is quite good, especially if you have a large number of forms. Customer support continues to improve and get faster.

> **Nachteile**: Not being able to have multiple people access Jotform admin is a significant drawback. It limits organizations and creates a bottleneck in team flow, as only one person has the ability to edit and revise forms, unless you use a work around. The Enterprise level is significantly more expensive, which would be the solution to this, however it's priced out of range for most teams. Support can be complex, as on occasion they do not read through the full request or read what has been attempted to solve an issue.

> Overall, I have had a postive experience, and use Jotform daily. It takes form management to an efficient and easy to use part of gathering important information.
