Juli 2020* | Non-Profit-Organisation Management | Empfehlungsbewertung: 8.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: We looked at about a dozen contract management solutions, and Gatekeepers' approach to intake and e-negotiation is truly unique. The Employee Portal made it easy for our national field offices to submit contracts for review, and the Kanban Workflows helped management stay on top of approvals and provided transparency into the negotiation and approval process. > > **Nachteile**: Not so much a con, but friendly advice--setting up workflows can be tricky if you don't have clear objectives. > > Overall our expereince has been very positive. Customer support goes above and beyond. ----- ### "Legally Consolidated Contracts" — 5.0/5 > **Aiden** | *20. Mai 2025* | Restaurants | Empfehlungsbewertung: 9.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: A well-crafted contract used to take me hours or even days to complete, but now I've reduced my workload by 50%. Knowing that no important point has been left out of the contract undoubtedly makes the entire process of managing a good contract easier when a business agreement is reached with the client. Automated processes provide a simpler approach and make my work stand out for its speed and excellent performance. > > **Nachteile**: In the time I've been using Gatekeeper, I can only say that it has worked perfectly for me every time, and its tools provide the best service. > > I keep all my files in one place, which allows me to maintain a more specific order with each supplier and also provide prompt service when information about each contract is needed. ----- ### "Great Functionality" — 4.0/5 > **Spencer** | *12. Dezember 2024* | Forschung | Empfehlungsbewertung: 6.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: The functionality is really amazing. It is a great solution. > > **Nachteile**: The user experience and look and feel could be better. ----- ### "Gatekeeping Review" — 5.0/5 > **Luis** | *19. Mai 2025* | Krankenhausversorgung & Gesundheitswesen | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: the thing i like the most about Gatekeeper is that there is more than step to get verified so they do there due diligence in keeping your profiles safe. > > **Nachteile**: the thing i like the least about Gatekeeper is that the 2-step verification can be a bit time consuming if you're looking for a then and now sign in. > > my overall experience with Gatekeeper has been a positive one overall and i do use it for backup support in keeping my other profiles safe. ----- ### "Pro-Gatekeeper" — 5.0/5 > **Jessica** | *9. Februar 2023* | Versicherung | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: Integration was easy, it has a very user-friendly interface, and it is easy to learn. Gatekeeper listens to their customers when they have ideas for improvements and base their work on customer requests. They provide quick and knowledgeable support. This software has made contract and vendor management much easier to manage. > > **Nachteile**: The only things I can say are missing are initialing in the e-signature capability, but it can be solved with DocuSign integration; and the ability to archive vendor contacts/users, but this can be solved by labeling them as something obviously not correct such as "Outdated Contact." > > I have been extremely satisfied in my experience with Gatekeeper, which has been approximately 3 years now. I know they are there to answer any questions I may have, and have seen many improvements to the product since becoming a customer (including several that I have asked for). ----- Seite: 1 / 5\ Weiter: [Nächste Seite](https://www.getapp.de/software/101929/gatekeeper?page=2) ## Links - [Auf GetApp anzeigen](https://www.getapp.de/software/101929/gatekeeper) ## Diese Seite ist in den folgenden Sprachen verfügbar | Sprache | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Strukturierte Daten
