Über EZFacility
EZFacility ist eine webbasierte Managementlösung für Fitnessstudios, mit der Kundschaft ihre Geschäftsabläufe optimieren, Aufgaben automatisieren und Zahlungen verfolgen können. Die Software eignet sich sowohl für kleine und mittlere Unternehmen als auch für große Unternehmen. Zu der Kundschaft zählen Strive Fitness & Sports Training, Ontario Parks and Recreation, Factory of Champions, The Rink Training Centre, The Alaska Dome, Go Tennis, Every Body Balance, La Palestra und The Golf Lab.
Die Fitnessstudio- und Fitnesscenter-Verwaltungssoftware von EZFacility sowie die Abrechnungsdienste ermöglichen es, Termine mit Personal Trainern zu planen, Mitgliedschaften effektiv zu verwalten, Trainer-Gehaltsabrechnungen zu erstellen und Rechnungen zu verwalten. Die Software enthält auch Funktionen für Fitnessstudiomitglieder, um Online-Termine zu buchen, sich zu registrieren, Zahlungen zu tätigen usw. Zu den wichtigsten Funktionen der Lösung gehören Mitgliederverwaltung, Ressourcenplanung, Verwaltung von Mitarbeitenden und Trainern, Abrechnung und Zahlungen sowie Berichterstattung.

Vorteile
Easy to navigate by tabs; customer service and technical support is superb! The team, from billing to customer service to technical support is knowledgeable, friendly, eager to help and thorough in all ways!
Nachteile
The set-up and processing of packages as well as tracking and scheduling; also the layout of the actual schedule and setting up appointments for either one-time or recurring appointments.

Vorteile
Ez Facility is user friendly; I like the way that the client's profile are set up and i also like the tabs they have on the profile. or the fact that we have to refresh the page so much.
Nachteile
When a family comes in to sign up i know that we can connect them, but i dont like the fact that we have to create a whole new profile for them.

Great service, very friendly approach from all staff, a produce that will be used day-to-day and will make a massive difference to our work, a very clear training process focusing on this areas that are importance to your needs.
Vorteile
It works for small & medium charities, the training sessions are very well delivered by experienced staff, having the sessions recorded is very helpful to reflect back on, the cost of the product is very competitive, the software is flexible, the option for a branded app that links to the software to very good, the team from sales to training to support have been great.
Nachteile
We are new to EZFacility and haven't found anything that we don't like about the system. As we start using it more we may find that they are options that would be good that are not included, but at this stage we are very happy.

EZFacility makes my day easy going and to all of my colleagues. Our business is always on busy mode and this system helps us to manage the customer in front of us without any long time of waiting which we love the most. Our customer enjoy the app as well for online booking which is our top 1 priority, the customers convenient.
Vorteile
Among all the systems I have used EZFacility makes me feel that life can be easy then why other system are difficult to user. The first time they introduce me EZFacility was like I have used it for few months already, very easy to use and the next day I manage alone. This system is highly recommended for start up and even long time running business as it's super convenient and user friendly. Our clients are happy with the same as well. We never hear any complaint or bad feedback about EZFacility. All in all this is 101% best system I have ever used.
Nachteile
Honestly speaking, seems all is good. In my own experience it's 101% thumbs up!

Vorteile
This software is a game changer for Parks and Rec departments. It offers a wide variety of features from OLR, public and private rentals, sport league, practice, rental scheduling, online credit payment processing, membership packages, and now self service.
Nachteile
The only features that I would say could be redeveloped or enhanced with better features or could be more user friendly would be the following 1. OLR and Self Service. The OLR I mentioned could have more options for separate registrations. Also, when you pull a group that all registered online and lets say it is for 2022, when you export that group in the comments sections it shows comments from 2021,2020, 2019, and so forth for said client. When you pull a group for 2022, I only want to see comments from 2022 for that client. The other option would be the self service feature. It is not user friendly and can be confusing to start up. This options would be great for us, but the tutorial is not very informative.

In fact, we recently launched a brand-new registration module called EZSignUp, which offers more flexible tools for building online forms.
