But we still use it." — 5.0/5 > **Carolyn** | *11. Oktober 2023* | Tierarzt | Empfehlungsbewertung: 9.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: We like that our clients recognize the product, and are less skeptical to use it. We like the POS integration. We like the customization of our receipts and the reminders to book again. We like the organization of our customers. > > **Nachteile**: We wish there were more options to show the different stages of an appointment (appt offered, scheduled, confirmed, canceled, completed). We wish there were rout optimizations. We wish you worked better for mobile business. And AI that keeps road/weather conditions as well as distance between clients in mind would be a fantastic start. > > Setting up our clients too me forever, about 3 months. but that's because we were a mess going in. Customer service is exceptional, and easier to get ahold of than you would expect. There are several bells and whistles tat we were not expecting. Things we didn't know we need but now couldn't live without. Our clients recognize the product, so they are happier using it. We would recommend this product ----- ### "8 years of square appointments" — 5.0/5 > **Yekaterina** | *9. Oktober 2025* | Bildungsmanagement | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: it's easy in use and understandable for the team. Very to make changes and also to sign in a new client. > > **Nachteile**: the fee is a little high, cause it will be around 50 usd plus a fee per each transaction. It comes out a lot. > > I have been using it for about 8 years and so far did not find anything better than this application. ----- ### "Great for a quick simple solutions." — 3.0/5 > **Jocelyn** | *12. Februar 2025* | Unterhaltung | Empfehlungsbewertung: 6.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: Square appointments has an app which makes management super simple and quick, especially for small businesses. The integration with square online also makes understanding website conversations very easy. I also enjoyed the integrations that it had with square banking solutions. this allowed me to easily set aside taxes and other savings that never hit my account. > > **Nachteile**: Square is not seriously updating square appointments. You cannot use gift cards, you can do discount codes, you can use apple pay or google pay online which is proven to increase website conversations ect. Square's functionality does not extend to square appointments and I was also not informed of that before building out square appointments... which sucks. > > It was reliable to begin with, but I also found it extremely limiting in the booking area. If I could keep the other square solutions without square appointments that would have been ideal. ----- ### "want to streamline your customer interactions?" — 5.0/5 > **joshua** | *13. Juli 2025* | Restaurants | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: very streamlined and accomplishes multiple aspects of engaging with clients from the 24 hour a day appointment setting to accepting payments and even reminders. > > **Nachteile**: technical support seems unqualified and the actual application itself could be improved. there's numerous times that it's crashed or frozen and the support seems like what I'd expect from my local electronics store and not a global tech company > > overall very good and the free option is a great way to try it out without a financial commitment. Definitely worth the money ----- ### "1st Square Appointments Review" — 5.0/5 > **Liz** | *14. Juli 2025* | Einzelhandel | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: What I like the most is that it is easy to integrate with other p.o.s. Systems. Once you set it up, it practically does all the work for you. > > **Nachteile**: There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about Square Appointments. The app is great\! It’s super user friendly. > > My overall experience was relatively easy, it’s easy to navigate and perfect for first time users who aren’t tech savvy. ----- Seite: 1 / 12\ Weiter: [Nächste Seite](https://www.getapp.de/software/102687/square-appointments?page=2) ## Links - [Auf GetApp anzeigen](https://www.getapp.de/software/102687/square-appointments) ## Diese Seite ist in den folgenden Sprachen verfügbar | Sprache | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | ----- ## Strukturierte Daten
