Vorteile
Endpoint Central has significantly streamlined our endpoint management. Tasks that used to take hours, like patching and software deployment, are now completed in minutes. The automation features are a game-changer, freeing up valuable time for our team to focus on more strategic initiatives. It's definitely made my work easier and more efficient.
Nachteile
While the MDM features in Endpoint Central could be more robust, I appreciate that ManageEngine is constantly improving their product. I've seen significant enhancements in recent updates, and I'm confident that the MDM capabilities will continue to evolve.

Vorteile
I like that the program has an easy to use web interface that allows me to geolocate all of our tablets in the wild and send out announcements to them. I like that I can remote lock the devices and change the passcodes remotely.
Nachteile
I d not like that remote access is an add on cost on top of the crazy high price of the yearly licence this came as a shock and was not communicated when we signed the contract. I am also not a fan of their support team that seems to never understand my questions and instead of offering support keeps sending back my email with a request for unrelated information. This even happens with sales.

My overall experience with ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus has been extremely positive. The platform provides a reliable and powerful way to manage iPads remotely, and it quickly became an essential tool in our environment. Once the initial setup and learning phase were complete, everything became fast, efficient, and highly organized. I appreciated how easily I could deploy apps, apply restrictions, and ensure all devices stayed compliant with our internal policies. The real-time monitoring and detailed reporting also gave me full visibility into the health and status of every device. Overall, it has significantly improved our management workflow and saved a great amount of time.

Overall, we are very happy with the product. Once we learned how to use the UI and got our profiles set up for each location, the actual deployment was a breeze. We were able to get 50 devices staged so far, and it only took 30 minutes with the help of ManageEngine.
Vorteile
Packed with tons of useful features, such as Kiosk mode and Geo Fencing which helped us deliver a professional experience for our users. Additionally, the support and the free demo were great with helping us get set up on the platform.
Nachteile
Our only complaint with the software is the UI and layout for the online portal. It needs a splash of more color, and bolder font to draw your attention to other features and elements. We only experienced the feature we wanted to use, and the other features we know about were not easy to find due to the UI. However, this seems to be a flaw with most other MDM software we have used, but without all of the great features.
