I have never had clients' complain about using the patient portal, and find it a easy way for getting releases signed and submitted. I appreciate the option to fax from within the product, making it easy to use and saves time as a provider. > > **Nachteile**: I do wish there was an option to have multiple documents open, or to view two documents side by side. Occasionally, there is information in another document that I need to access for a new document, and I wish there was a way to streamline that process. There are also a lot of drop down menus that are redundant or unnecessary, which can make navigating a little difficult if you are new to the system.
