September 2018* | Non-Profit-Organisation Management | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: DonorSnap is easy to use. My favorite feature is the form builder; the forms integrate nicely with our website and are a great solution for event registration forms that import the data directly into the CRM. I've used both DonorSnap and Saleforce for registration and hands down DonorSnap is far more reliable, simpler, and offers better customization for our needs vs Salesforce. It's also far easier to use both as the administrator and as an end user. I've never had a DonorSnap form fail me. I can't say the same for Salesforce. We use DonorSnap for tracking donors, volunteers, and participants in our programs. DonorSnap keeps their software updated and is very good about offering training and notifications of any server maintenance that may disrupt use (it never does). > > **Nachteile**: The report features are very robust but not always intuitive to set up and run. Fortunately if you get stuck, DonorSnap's support team is fabulous and will help you to figure it out. ----- ### "Thank you\!" — 5.0/5 > **Erin** | *23. April 2026* | Non-Profit-Organisation Management | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: The trainings and support team are so valuable to me, I re-watch trainings often to refresh or see what I have missed in order to get the most out of the database. I appreciate when I have any questions about a project the Donor Snap team is always quick to get back to me with actual help. The user-friendly adaptability features for customization make the database extremely useful for our organization. > > **Nachteile**: That I was in this system for over 2 years before I knew about the Donor Snap Blog\! It is very helpful for ongoing learning. > > The more I am in the system the more I learn about making it work for our organization and best practices. ----- ### "Not User Friendly" — 2.0/5 > **Kim** | *9. Juni 2021* | Non-Profit-Organisation Management | Empfehlungsbewertung: 0.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: The only positive was that fact that it is a Donor relations management /record keeping at a fair price. > > **Nachteile**: The initial import was not easy. We were also told we would not have to make journal entries because it integrated great with QuickBooks, that was not the case. For what we needed it for, the import/export was very complicated and had lots of bugs. The reports are not easy to pull information. Data Miner Platinum is not user friendly and should not be so confusing. Mailing reports are cumbersome. You cannot customize letters and emails with your logo. The support side also had a lot to be desired. Anytime we needed help we were referred to a video that was just as confusing. The responsive forms were VERY cumbersome to make and took way too much time. It was just too much time administrative wise. > > Overall experience is that it served a purpose for us while we needed it. But, I am thankful we switched to a more user friendly platform. I voiced my concerns to them several times and never had any feedback. The best part of it was the customizable dashboard. ----- ### "LOVE DonorSnap\!\!\!" — 5.0/5 > **marlies** | *25. April 2026* | Non-Profit-Organisation Management | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: Easy to use and the customer service is FABULOUS\!\!\! I get my questions answered very quickly. the reports are also great and easy to generate. As a non-for-profit cat rescue our donors are what keeps our organization going and DS makes it so easy to stay on top of the very important acknowledgment letters as well as producing very useful reports. > > **Nachteile**: Can't think of anything at the moment. there was a learning curve to load in new acknowledgement letters but frankly, the support was amazing\! > > Extremely positive. Mark and his team are really great to work with\! I have used other donor programs and they can't hold a candle to to DonorSnap's customer service and support. I used it with another non-for profit and when we started Neighborhood Cats Network and barely had a donor base I told our treasurer we need DonorSnap. 2 years later she is thrilled we signed on because she is able to run many reports she needs for her purposes. ----- ### "Reflections on Donor Snap from a New Director of Advancement" — 4.0/5 > **Debbie** | *15. September 2025* | Bildungsmanagement | Empfehlungsbewertung: 5.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: I have only been using it for 11 months as I am new to the organization but I have found it very simple and easy to use. It allows me to customize to my needs. This is important as I have assumed responsibility for a database which needs a considerable amount of maintenance and clean up on our organization's end. It covers the basics and leaves room to grow and I look forward to using more of Donor Snap's capacity. Help Resources are very useaful and user friendly and cover all the basics. > > **Nachteile**: The design of the database which allows such wide ranging capacity for customization is also one of the draw backs but that is totally the responsibility of the organizations using it. It might be something to think about stressing to new users....document what and why you are doing things. This advice would make it much easier when new staff assume the reins. > > It has been positive so far and I look forward to continued growth and development of our organization's use of it. I am a 40+year Fund Development professional using both Raiser's Edge (25 years) and Salesforce and I have to say I have been pleasantly surprised with Donor Snap. ----- Seite: 1 / 18\ Weiter: [Nächste Seite](https://www.getapp.de/software/103381/donorsnap?page=2) ## Links - [Auf GetApp anzeigen](https://www.getapp.de/software/103381/donorsnap) ## Diese Seite ist in den folgenden Sprachen verfügbar | Sprache | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | ----- ## Strukturierte Daten
