Über BigMarker
BigMarker bietet die Möglichkeit, Live-Online-Vorträge, Unterrichte, Präsentationen, Webinare und Webcasts von deinem Computer in die Welt zu hosten. Es bietet alle Tools, die du benötigst, um deine Veranstaltung erfolgreich zu gestalten: von der Planung und Werbung bis hin zu Landingpages, Registrierung, Ticketverkauf, Lead-Generierung, Erinnerungen und Publikumskommunikation, Live-Hosting für bis zu 1.000 Teilnehmer, Aufzeichnung und den Aufbau deiner Zielgruppe auf deinem BigMarker-Kanal.
BigMarker verwendet die neueste browserbasierte Technologie, sodass keine Downloads oder Installationen erforderlich sind. Erhalte deinen eigenen virtuellen Konferenzraum, den du mit deinem Logo/Thema anpassen kannst. Bette deine Veranstaltungen ein, um sie direkt von deiner Website aus zu hosten. Du kannst deine Veranstaltungen kostenlos oder kostenpflichtig machen, Ticketpreise festlegen oder optionale Spenden von Teilnehmern annehmen.
Innerhalb deiner Veranstaltung kannst du bis zu neun Webcams teilen und Inhalte präsentieren: Präsentationen, Videos oder deinen gesamten Bildschirm. Teilnehmer können chatten, ihre Hände heben und dazu aufgefordert werden, Fragen zu stellen.
Nach deiner Veranstaltung bietet BigMarker dir einen Kanal, einen Ort, an dem sich Teilnehmer anmelden können (kostenlos oder kostenpflichtig), um Zugriff auf frühere und zukünftige Inhalte zu erhalten, und wo du deine Zielgruppe aufbauen kannst. Vorteile
Bigmarker ist eine einfach zu bedienende Webinar-Plattform, mit der du interaktive Live-Webinare für dein Publikum veranstalten kannst. Die Plattform verfügt über Funktionen wie Live-Abstimmungen, Aufzeichnungen und automatische E-Mail- und SMS-Erinnerungen. Evergreen Webinar ist die beste Webinar-Software, die ich je benutzt habe. Was ich an Bigmarker Webinar so liebe, ist, dass du damit dein Wissen präsentieren und an dein Publikum weitergeben kannst. Außerdem kannst du ganz bequem Inhalte von anderen Plattformen wie YouTube und Facebook teilen. Du kannst diese Webinar-Software auch zum Teilen von Videos und Dateien verwenden. Sie ist einfach zu bedienen und du findest dich schnell zurecht, sodass du sie im Handumdrehen nutzen kannst.
Nachteile
Bigmarker bietet unglaublich viel ... dies bedeutet aber auch, dass die Lernkurve länger ist, als bei einfacherer Software.

Clients love the experience. Very user friendly. I LOVE it! I've tried a lot of webinar tools (including Zoom webinars) and BigMarker is just a better experience and built for marketing and sales.
Vorteile
Powerful leadgen and sales features built directly into the webinar suite
Nachteile
There are a lot of options to customize, so sometimes it feels slightly overwhelming. But, once you have "template" webinars set up, they are easy to duplicate so you never have to worry about the settings again.
Warum BigMarker gewählt wurde
Zoom wasn't built for marketing or sales. Registration is clunky in Zoom Webinars. Chat is clunky in Zoom. Questions are clunky in Zoom. In case it's not clear, I did not like Zoom webinars. And, there's no feature set in zoom to make leadgen and sales smooth and easy. BigMarker on the other hand feels like it is built for that.Zuvor genutzte Software

This is a fantastic webinar tool. I am never disappointed. This is my sleeper tool. Hardly anyone knows them. They are more focused on the Enterprise space, but are affordable enough to be used by businesses like ours.
Vorteile
Stable. Very easy to set up. Rapid and helpful support. Tons of features - so many it was overwhelming at first. Very polished, it makes us look professional. Automations and SMS are very useful. Always improving it.
Nachteile
Two years ago there were some UX niggles that have since been fixed. They improve this tool regularly. Attendees with poor internet connectivity often have bad experiences, but that's the breaks.

I think BigMarker has some things to work out in their product, support, customer success and...
I think BigMarker has some things to work out in their product, support, customer success and training. I think they are on the right track with the features of the platform and I wanted it to be a great product and experience so badly but it wasn't. I'm not a novice with SaaS product by any means and I found BigMarker challenging to work with from a product, training and support perspective.
I'm looking for a new webinar platform and moving away from Big Marker. I'd consider coming back down the road if they improve. Maybe I'll test them out in a year to 18 months but for now I'd stay away if you need a reliable webinar platform.
Vorteile
BigMarker has a lot of great features. When you look at the options for how to create and host webinars it's quite robust. I was really happy when I found BigMarker because of the comprehensive features and how flexible it seemed. Unfortunately, it has not been a great user experience.
Nachteile
I found it unreliable. It's quite slow when you are going from page to page so it slows down the creation process of setting up and scheduling webinars. I also experienced a few bugs. For example, I pre-recorded the video portion of a live webinar. I didn't want there to be feedback so I made sure the mic was turned off. Throughout the video it kept turning on. I would see it turn green all of a sudden and then I'd have to turn it off. It must have happened 10 times. When the video was finished I turned the mic on and did my part of the webinar. When I went to replay the recording the quality was terrible. There was feedback throughout the entire recording. I couldn't use the webinar recording. This is just one example of many issues.
The user experience wasn't great in terms of it being intuitive and their training documentation isn't great either so I think the learning curve and onboarding took longer than necessary. They really need to improve their training and onboarding material.
Support is OK. They are responsive but I didn't always find them helpful. It was like they'd walk me through how to do half of a process so it resulted in more back and forth than necessary.
