This program has already helped me earn commission dollars that would have missed prior to having this CRM.

> **Vorteile**: The report system is easy to use and everyone in our office is able to run their own reports. The individual detail pages is easy to use and very organized so it is easy to find information fast.

> **Nachteile**: The email marketing is extremely lacking. There is no spellcheck, the features are limited, and you cannot send test emails. You are unable to change setting for workflows once someone has gone through, so you have to inactivate the workflow and start over anytime you want to make a change. You cannot removed certain fields on pages that are unnecessary to your company.
