> **Nachteile**: Making changes on the Certificate part . we need another way to get support. Since our company was bought by a bigger company they have so much security. WE cannot click on the link that is sent to us in an email. all we can do is send an invite for them to go thru Skype. We have learned the customer support does not and don't use it. we need the support we pay for but are not getting it. it is very frustrating that we cannot get these problems fixed.  even if they would send steps and pictures in an email like a powerpoint would be helpful. They just like to close our tickets and be rid of us instead of figure out another way to help us.  we have thousands  licenses but there is no point in getting them anymore if we are not getting the assistance we need.
