The impact goes beyond the implementation fee (€1,830). For over two years, our company remained dependent on an implementation process that never materialised, delaying internal development and preventing us from pursuing alternative solutions. We requested a refund of the implementation fee given that no functional implementation was ever delivered. This request was refused based on a “non-refundable” clause, despite the implementation not being completed within the agreed timeframe nor resulting in a usable system.
