Was ist Hotello PMS?

Hotello is a cloud-based hotel management solution designed to maximize profit. This streamlined system centralizes, simplifies, and optimizes all aspects of the hotel including PMS, POS, Booking engine, CRS, Revenue manager, Task manager, and much more. Book more rooms with the most advanced marketing and statistical tools on the market.

Hotello provides front office features such as regular inventory management, automated backup routine, night audit, invoicing, check-in and check-out. The solution’s operations management functionalities include user control, security control, an internal communication system, and an integrated agenda with events and calendar notes. Hotello enhances hotel occupancy rates thanks to tools such as an availability chart, booking engine and email marketing tools.

Hotello simplifies overall hotel management with features for budgeting, room allocation and automatic e-mailing. Other features of the software include reviews management, group management, maintenance management and guest experience management.

Hotello’s guest preference management feature keeps a record of stay history, allergies, etc., so that returning guests can be well catered for. The solution also offers part owner management, automatic invoice transmission, reminders and thank you letters. The solution is available in two languages; English and French.

A great option for a more traditional PMS

Superb App for the hotel

The software is brilliant. In words i cant find words to explain how useful and how this made our work easy. We are a 5 Star hotel and the we have lots of customers across the globe. Before everything was manual and it took so much time and people to work.
The reservation, front office and like wise many other department was very slow at work. They used to verify all the things manually and so that is the reason so much time was spent.
Thanks to Hotello PMS it made it very easy.
We are very relax to maintain guest data and so we save much time by experiencing this tool

Hotello is without a doubt a great software that meets and even exceeds our needs. It's various features are really helpful at managing our establishment as a whole. It does require a little bit of practice to fully understand it and it's interface could be slightly more user friendly, but its customer service is by far one of the best we have ever experienced.

Good for Hôtels with not a lot of meeting space

It is a well presented, easy to use and fun to work with Software for the room management. It lacks on the banquet management since the Platform looks like it was a "copy and paste" from the room Platform, without the adjustments needed for the banquets. If you have 5 and Under meeting space to manage, this software is perfect. If you have more than that, wait until they make serious changes on the Platform.

I do love the software, but its not convenient enough to manage 18 meeting rooms.

Vorteile

It functioned as expected. A very mature product, so it's very stable, and has all the features to compete with Opera et al. Definitely a whole lot cheaper. If you're planning to use a server or workstation based PMS, there's really no reason not to consider Hotello.

Nachteile

Even though they now have a cloud based option, it's not natively cloud, a bit of a workaround.
Still a server based PMS that will forever be catching up to native cloud solutions.

Not enough integrations, especially to modern products. Reports were customize-able, but very difficult to do so. No drag and drop calendar.

Nachteile

As compare to other tool in the market this one is perfect untill now. It would be great if the price is a bit reasonable.
The price should be reasonable because its a bit expensive for small hotels and medium.

Hotello is without a doubt a great software that meets and even exceeds our needs. It's various features are really helpful at managing our establishment as a whole. Nachteile

The learning curve can be difficult.
It's different reports can be customized but there is no easy way to do so by ourselves.
