AvidXchange ist eine cloudbasierte Lösung für die Kreditorenbuchhaltung und Zahlungsautomatisierung, die Tools für die Erfassung von Rechnungsdaten, Rechnungsverarbeitung, Anbieterzahlungen, Berichterstattung und mehr bietet. Das System lässt sich in eine Reihe anderer Business-Softwareprogramme und Buchhaltungsanwendungen integrieren, darunter Sage, QuickBooks, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics und mehr.
AvidXchange erfasst automatisch Daten aus Rechnungen, die von Anbietern elektronisch übermittelt werden, entweder per E-Mail oder via Internet. Anbietern werden automatisch E-Mail-Bestätigungen zugesendet, wenn Rechnungen eingegangen sind. Wenn Anbieter nur mit Papierrechnungen arbeiten, können diese mithilfe einer sicheren Lockbox übermittelt und in elektronische Formate umgewandelt werden, sodass Nutzer all ihre Rechnungen elektronisch erhalten können. Daten werden automatisch in das System importiert, sobald eine Rechnung eingegangen ist, sodass Nutzer keine Rechnungsdaten manuell eingeben müssen. Es können unbegrenzte, nutzerdefinierte und durchsetzbare Workflows für die Genehmigung von Rechnungen erstellt werden, um Rechnungen an bestimmte Abteilungen oder Nutzer weiterzuleiten. Zudem können Kontocodes automatisch zugewiesen werden, einschließlich Zuordnungscodes.
Mit AvidXchange können Anbieter elektronisch bezahlt werden, während existierende Genehmigungsworkflows und Bankbeziehungen bestehen bleiben. Auch Workflows zur Zahlungsgenehmigung können angepasst werden, wobei Optionen für mehrere Genehmigende und Stufengenehmigungen möglich sind. Zahlungs- und Genehmigungsstatus können jederzeit angezeigt werden. Nutzer können außerdem über 50 Standardberichte mit AvidXchange oder ihre eigenen nutzerdefinierten Berichte erstellen, einschließlich Kreditorenaktivitätsberichte, Berichte über fehlende Rechnungen und Rückstellungsberichte. Berichte können geplant und basierend auf Nutzerberechtigungsstufen abonniert werden.

Getting check requests processed has never been easier! AvidXchange has made invoice approval processes and workflows so much more efficient and environmentally friendly. Because everything is automated through the software, we have been able to better track and approve our invoices. We would sometimes have invoices lost in the processing phases when we did everything through fax and on paper. Now, because our workflows are streamlined within the software, we have all of that invoice data at our fingertips.
Vorteile
AvidXchange is one of the easiest software platforms I have ever had to learn when it comes to invoicing and payments. Though I am just a user and not an administrator, I do have to send in a lot of check requests and payment requests for our customers and the charities we support. AvidXchange has streamlined this process and eliminated a lot of faxing and paper waste that we once had with our company.
Nachteile
As a user, I do not have a single complaint with this software. Its incredible functionality makes it great for even the most inexperienced of users. Our entire Marketing team has raved about how easy it is to send invoices and have them processed for review.

I have been very happy with the product. It provides the options that we were looking for when considering purchase. We only utilize the purchasing, reports, and PO function. When choosing a product we were looking for something that could integrate with Microsoft GP. We did customize a number of things to fit our business and everyone at AvidXchange were great while working thru the process.
Vorteile
AvidXchange has helped streamline our invoice processing; to eliminate paper, and approval routing time. It provides the approving team access to see where it is in the approval/payment process and see payment information. By providing this information at their fingertips it saves us from receiving emails/phone calls looking for basic information. Overall the departments that use the system are very happy with having access to their invoices in one place.
Nachteile
The reporting system is cumbersome. I would like a report that would let me customize the detail I am looking for.

Overall, AvidXchange has been invaluable to our AP business processes. It integrates with our MRI property management software, as well as Quickbooks, and provides a multi-layered and visible approach to our invoice submission, approval and payment processes.
Vorteile
Love the ability to search by multiple criteria, including invoice #, vendor name, entity, etc., as well as the ability to view images of the actual invoices themselves. You can also email other people from within Avid to get questions answered regarding an invoice and track those conversations in real time.
Nachteile
AvidXchange recently changed its UI, and not for the better. For one, when searching for invoices by vendor, Avid always loads results in order from oldest date to newest date which doesn't make much sense. As far as we know, there is no way to change that default. Additionally, the process for selecting multiple values in a search result (i.e. invoices for multiple entities by vendor) is very non-intuitive, as you used to be able to see what specific values were selected after having done so, rather than just seeing a quantity selected. It's a small detail, but very annoying.

Processing the large amount of invoices that we have each month for our properties has become streamlined with Avid. We don't have to file and store thousands of invoices a month and cut and sign checks for all of these payments.
Vorteile
It has streamlined our payables process substantially. All invoices can be located in our Avid module, review and approval of the vendor invoices, and most important, it integrates with our property management software.
Nachteile
Everything is good, we really don't have any issues.

I think the software is great and would recommend it especially to other property managers who would like to add speed and efficiency to their organization.
Vorteile
This software is easy to use, allows the user to add and group details pertaining to categorizing expenses for your budget. Timing for payments is key and the functions allow for time delay in processing and delivery of payments to vendors.
Nachteile
The only con I've found is searching for specific vendors at a particular property. The dropdown box doesn't always populate the vendor once the property is entered.
